Ordered a size 5.5 they sent a size 6 no invoice inside or returns label and no reply when contacting

Terrible quality. Shoes worn twice a week for a few months and then the sole comes almost completely off. Poor daughter almost died of embarrassment!

Turns out the "stitching" is just decorative and the glue used to fix it has failed. Tried to contact the manufacturer directly but they just don't care.

Avoid at all costs!!!

Awful experience. I ordered a pair of trainers for my granddaughters 6th birthday and paid for next day delivery. That was 5 days ago now as it was Weds and now Sunday - the day of the birthday. No trainers. I have been in touch and they said we dispatched on time it’s Royal Mail and told me to contact Royal Mail. What an awful response I refused and said that they should be finding out what has happened to the trainers. The responses to my emails have been terrible and I called but no one answered and have yet to call back. It’s my granddaughters birthday today so total disappointment all round.

I bought a pair of trainers for my 3 year old Granddaughter. Within 2 days the coating had come off the toes and they look really shabby. They were £40, not cheap

I’ve always bought Lelli Kelly’s and I’ve always loved them & never had any issues, the comfiest & most prettiest shoes for my little girl. I normally order Lelli Kelly’s from other retailers, until I thought about ordering direct from here, the service was fab, very easy to order, the choices are more varied, the prices are great, well worth the money! I’ve ordered two pairs in the past four weeks, both have arrived on time, perfectly packaged and we have one super happy girl! I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you!

Bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter (have always bought Clarke's in the past), to say I am disappointed is an understatement. By Christmas the shoes looked absolutely disgraceful, such poor quality.
Contacted the company, they said general wear and tear. In 3 months I don't think so when her previous school shoes have last the entire year. Please do not buy these shoes.

Shoes were in perfect condition, my little girl will love them. Good value when compared with other retailers. They were dispatched and delivered really quickly and packaged well. Would recommend.

Not good quality at all. Worn once and the pink coating on the shoe has come off in large patches. The gems fall off the metal charm and the charm has tarnished the laces black after one use. They look about a year old after one use. Waste of money

I bought pair of Lilly Kelly shoes from Hirst footwear, great service, always someone at the end of the phone to help. I even rang a month later to check a refund and they helped me double-check it!

I bought pair of lilly Kelly shoes from Hirst footwear, worst shoes I’ve ever bought, they are definitely not scratch or scuff resistant, but also the sole came away within 3weeks, there customer returns department ask me to send them back, only to be told basically wear and tear, I there recieved email saying shoes were being sent back and had been dispatched, only then to receive another email following day saying that they person dealing with my return had them on her desk right now and could I call her, Lady was abrupt very rude and in her words when I disagreed with decision “said well there’s not point then I will send shoes back to you straight away” and ended caa aww lol nearly two and half weeks and I’m still waiting, when question about them apparently being dispatched to her having them on her desk I was given a story about her being on holiday and it was her first day back, after that then told me she ask another person who inspected them f they noticed anything wrong with soles… absolute joke I’m single mother who thought these were good quality shoes so wrong! Not only have I had to purchase my daughter another pair of shoes for school no apologies nothing bluntly told me the shoes are fine, do not buy Lilly kellys

My oldest daughter who is now 19 used to have lelli Kelly's. The quality was awful then but I thought I'd give them another chance with my 7 year old..sad to say the quality hasn't improved! They look pretty and the packaging is lovely but sadly after a couple of times of wearing them the stitching has come away and some of the beads are missing

to be perfectly honest I've never bought a pair but seen them on tv they may look pretty but come on who in the right mind would pay not far off 100 pound for kids shoes that dont last long its ridiculous they are not worth the money I'd rather spend that money on what my kids need instead of what is supposed to look good no offense to anybody who has bought these shoes not my intention

I bought a pair of Lelli Kelly shoes and took a month to get package.When I got the package the shoes where broken and had lost some of the sequins. I tried returning the shoes but they said I can't so I still have them and don't know what to do with them.I would not recommend this company at all.
