Hush Puppies UK Avis 

I've purchased 2x school shoes for my kids but had to return my son's as he started his school earlier than the parcel arrived so we had to go & buy another one from the shop. Return label is £4.99 that you need to pay via Hush Puppies using DPD. I've printed the label and sent it back by using the DPD postal box (Yeep!) and their postal box had a technical issue and my tracker wasn't updated, just showing as label printed but not sent. I realised this after week or so and raised the issue, but Hush Puppies weren't helpful at all (although they are the one sold the return label) and keep asking me to contact DPD. I did everything, contacted DPD, Hush Puppies back and forth and now it's well over return days (month and a half), no one knows where my parcel is gone. It was my first time using their site direct, but experience so far has been awful. I don't usually write bad reviews but after month and a half dispute with both companies and no solution, so had to raise this to my card company. their shoes might be nice & good quality but service is horrible.

I've had a pair of black Oxford hush puppies for several years. I've worn them very sparingly and have kept them in good condition in my closet. I went to put them on the other day after not wearing them for a while, and the soles began crumbling under and falling off right under my feet. Quality dress shoes should last a very long time when properly cared for. These do not. Disposable shoes.

Very disappointing. I bought these sandals in my usual Hush Puppies size, but they are at least 1–2 sizes smaller, with no indication in the product description that this style runs differently.
Customer service told me that sizing can vary between styles and designs, so they don't consider it a fault. I now have to pay for the return and, as they were on sale when I bought them, pay more to replace them. If sizing varies this much, it should be clearly stated in the product details.

Easy to order, package arrived on time and in good order.

Somehow accidentally ordered to past address accidentally but informed HushPuppies immediately. They'd already posted it as they pack everything very fast, but they contacted Royal Mail and got them to return to sender. Great because I was panicking about it going to my old address

Ordered again to right address, arrived very quickly, great quality shoes very comfy. Asked if the discount on the returned order could be added to second and got that refunded. So all in all a great shop. Thanks to all the staff that helped. Great customer service.

I only made contact today with pictures of a problem I encountered and have already been given a full refund a pity more companies aren’t as helpful

My product arrived with a defect. I sent an email and photos. Customer services responded same day and processed a full refund. It’s a shame many more companies don’t offer the same level of customer experience as Hush Puppies. Testament to a quality business how they respond when things go wrong. Well done Hush Puppies, you will have my loyalty for future business.

I started using your products many years ago, and they have always been of good quality, which I genuinely appreciated. However, today I received a poor‑quality product made in China, despite paying the same price I used to pay for your earlier high‑quality items. This is very disappointing, and I kindly request clarification on why the quality has changed. This something like looting money from public.

I bought my 14 year old daughter some Gabi XL patent shoes in Feb 26, by the end of July the patent was peeling off where the shoe bends and as a result was letting in water. I contacted Hush Puppies who stated this was normal wear and tear, they would not take any further action. This was a £65 pair of shoes which are apparently designed to last 6 months. Save your money and buy another brand.

Ordered some shoes on next day delivery and they didn’t arrive the next day and then had to return the shoes back as too small and still waiting on the refund over a week later. Will not be ordering from them again

I am deeply dissatisfied with the expensive return policy, extra postal charges, and the unhelpful customer support. I received the pair of slingback sandals I ordered but I believe they were faulty. The back strap was too long to fit for my size 4 more like the next size. I sent photos and the reply was that it was a sizing issue so had to pay to return as they dont do size changes as you have to reorder them. I will never buy from them again. Shame as I used to buy sandals from them all the time.

I will not be purchasing from this company in the future after my recent experience when an alleged delivery failed to materialise, no offer of replacement or refund offered but the expectation that I should discover the whereabouts of my missing delivery myself, after 7 weeks and threats of alternative options of resolving my loss, I finally received notification that I will receive a credit for this transaction.

I ordered a pair of Hush Puppies Pearce shoes directly from Hush Puppies, reduced from £100 to £29.99 but sold as new.

They arrived scuffed on both shoes, considerably worse on one, with torn cardboard inside the box. Hush Puppies called this a “manufacturing fault”, refunded me, and said they do not offer replacements or exchanges.

Frankly, that is not good enough. I bought shoes because I needed shoes. I expected a reputable footwear company to make some effort to provide an acceptable replacement. To add insult to injury, I was then asked to “gift [them] to charity”. Why should disposing of Hush Puppies’ defective merchandise become my responsibility? If they wanted them donated, they could have arranged their return and done it themselves.

A refund does not make this good customer service. Poor quality control, no meaningful attempt to put things right, and a response that felt dismissive and disrespectful.

Really pleased with my Hush Puppies purchase. Comfortable, well made and stylish, with quality cowhide leather.

Free next-day delivery in UK 🇬🇧 was a great bonus. Customer service was excellent too. I contacted them to confirm the type of leather used, and they took the time to find out and provide a clear answer. Great service.

Purchased a pair of shoes from this company. On arrival the were too small, not true to size in my opinion. Returned the shoes at my cost. When I received my refund it was also minus postage. This is implying that I must pay twice for postage. As far as I am aware, in distance selling you are due a full refund - in light of the fact I paid my own return postage. I have send them and email but my expe2is they take a while to reply. I may be going to my bank soon.

I will not purchase from this company again.

Cheap and Poor Quality. Don’t recommend.

We ordered 2 pair one is deliver and one is still pending . And they customer care service is not answering we are trying from 4 days. And no email response 😕
