Levenger Avis 

Seems that everything in this particular order has arrived in good condition. This was a break-down and buy it kind of a purchase, because I've always loved the multiple ink colors in the Levenger catalog, and have a lasting fascination with fountain pens. The difficulty was in recognizing where the problems with the mess of refilling the pens comes in and how to mitigate that. I think I've figured it out now. While this means using gloves, newspaper, and a bib apron to catch and spatter and drips, and being sure the pen parts are properly mated and not leaky, I'm getting better at it w/o waste.

Was a shoulder strap included with the small bag? The bag has loops for a srap but there wasn't a strap in the bag or box.

It was recently time to get a new calendar and I ordered a two-year planner. I like the two-page month calendar the company provides. The squares are the perfect size for me to make notes/appointments. I did not want to order a calendar with extra pages I knew I would not use.

I order the same calendar inserts each year for the lovely binder I bought from Levenger years ago. They are large page inserts divided by months and then two pages (side by side) for each week. It is how I keep my life organized. I am retired, and you would think my days are not busy - but I have various appointments to write in for me and my partner, my daughter, and my two grandchildren, plus I enter reminders of upcoming things a week in advance, family and friends birthdays, and other assorted reminders. At the end of the year, I go back and enter the year's highlights on pages provided for such things. The product is not cheap, but every bit of it is on high quality paper with sturdy dividers. Wouldn't trade it for something that might be a little cheaper! Not sure how many years I have been ordering these calendar inserts, but I couldn't live without them.

Since my budget has been tight this year, I'm always looking for sales. I never have to worry about the products you offer because the quality is always fantastic. I've purchased several items from your company this year and have never been disappointed.
