Your products are beautiful, and not easily found elsewhere. They are perfect as gifts, including as a gift to myself ( upon occasion).
I have found your check out process a bit confusing, especially in applying discounts. But it is not so confusing that I do not keep returning when I need a special gift.

The product is excellent but communication very difficult
The product is excellent but getting there to order it correctly became convoluted and mismanaged. Too much time was spent it getting it solved. Fatigue from poor customer service from too many business is overtaking years of customer loyalty.

I bought the calendar and stand years ago but last year I waited too long to order the calendar and had to purchase a different calendar. I ordered this early this year because the calendar is an easy to use. I can see at a glance what my week has in store.

FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED
I took 3 days getting my order right and when I went to checkout, the 30% off and free shipping wouldn't work at checkout so I kept calling customer service to have them fix it but they were always closed when I called. So the next day I tried to place my order and THE SALE HAD ENDED!!! OK. So I reworked my order for the 35% sale, but everything I wanted was on sale but not CLEARANCE!!! The crawl at the top said "SHOP THE SALE"!! I thought I did! Then at checkout it said I had 392 points to apply but,alas, I did not. Apparently 300 points only gets you $30. to apply so it didn't work for my $476.00 order! At the checkout it said "you saved $6.45 ! Whoo hoo. I gave up and left. Good luck to you.

Return fee mix up
I have been a customer with Levenger since it started and this was the first time I have been anything but very pleased. I was very unhappy that I had been charged $2.98 for free the free returns option when I had qualified for having the no-cost returns. I did not need the free return service because in almost 35 years of being a customer I've never had to return anything, but I really didn't like be told it was free and then being billed for it.
It was good of Levenger to refund the $2.98 when i complained, but I received no explanation of how that happened. I will try to be extra careful if I order anything from Levenger again.
