Life Balance Chiropractic Avis 

I came into Life Balance with lots of discomfort and tension in my back and neck, not helped by a historic spinal injury. The treatment and communication from Dr Hope have been great, taking positive steps towards my recovery. It is reassuring having such focussed care based on my x rays. As well as the adjustments, the massages from Leon and Jo have been the most focussed and best I have had. I feel they are really targeting the specific problem areas well.

Coming for either a massage or an adjustment feels like visiting friends.
I really appreciate the professionalism and knowledge the team share with me at each visit. It's so helpful to understand more about how my muscles and spinal structure work and how the treatments are helping me.

Staff friendly and very helpful with my lower back issues.

Doctor Olivia has been treating me for a couple of months. I was using a walking stick at the start of my treatment which i no longer use.

From my initial consultation through to my current ongoing treatment I have had a great experience so far. Dr Olivia is very thoughtful and caring with patient focussed treatment. Everything is explained before she carries out any adjustments and slowly there has been some improvement but I still have good and bad days. My massage sessions with Leon have also seen some improvement and again he goes through everything thoroughly with a caring attitude putting the patient first. Im about halfway through my treatment plan at the moment so haven't given 5 stars yet. All the staff are great and make you welcome and are helpful. Thank you all.

I am pleasantly surprised at the improvement, that Dr Olivia has so far achieved with my long term back problems. The reception staff are both efficient & friendly.

I have been using Life Balance since they opened and at 67 my back and neck are better than they were at 45, I have used others before this, including tutors at the chiropractic college and you can just tell how good they are here and their knowledge is second to none, a more holistic treatment, doing things I had no idea were possible. Also I have superb deep massages from Kayla.

I walked into the centre after seeing an offer online and my partner making me. I was in so much pain through my neck and back, I wasn't sleeping, I was snoring therefore reducing my partners sleep, daily headaches and reduced to tears each day because of it, all the pain became unbearable.

After my in depth consultation to review everything and Xrays taken. I felt very relaxed and hopeful they could help me, the next day we reviewed my Xrays and clearly saw the reason why I was having the issues, we then agreed a set of sessions for a price which we paid in full however lots of options to choose from.

The 1st adjustments will stay with me forever, what an experience, when my upper neck was adjusted it was like a tap opening and everything that had been held within me for 30+ years came flooding through my body, it was overwhelming, emotional and absolutely what I needed, they were so kind and patient with me, I was very lightheaded as it was a big adjustment which they suggested I could lie in their dark room or take as long as I needed which I was extremely grateful for.

They set the expectation that some adjustments can be alot and to try and rest where others would feel great straight away, it's a journey and one I'm utterly thankful for.
Dr Olivia Martin and the whole team go above and beyond, they even got me a beautiful card and flowers at the anniversary of my sons passing, they didnt need to but they did and it's that which sets them apart from the rest. They really do care!

Very knowledgeable and friendly therapists and practitioners. From experiencing constant pain in my neck and shoulder, in under three weeks with a combination of twice weekly adjustments and fortnightly sports massage my pain has all but disappeared. I have also begun daily exercises at home as well. This intensive course of therapy will be followed on by a continuing maintenance programme. I really have put my faith in Life Balance Chiropractic Clinic and highly recommend their services. The initial consultation was very thorough and the practitioner explained all the findings in lay person terms so I understood everything! Being virtually pain free has definitely improved my well being and my temperament! The clinic is such a calm and relaxing environment which makes visiting a pleasant experience.

I’ve been suffering for months with extreme pain in lower back and down leg to foot. I talked to someone who said give seeing a chiropractor. I saw Life Balance on Facebook, offering a free assessment inc an x ray. The team were very welcoming and explained everything. Harrison was allocated to looking after me and the treatment. He explains everything he does, reassures and answers any questions you have. I haven’t finished my planned treatment, but I feel I am on the road to getting improvement to how I was at the start.

I’m 73 so didn’t expect too much. I have trouble with my knees , certainly I have a better understanding, my knees are much freer in operation and am mostly free from pain.
