Since the first day I came for the workshop I was very exceptic about any other treatment as I lost hope about getting better...I’ve been in doctors who didn’t even try...but then I met life balance and my life change...Joshua is an amazing doctor who cares about you and help u and make unfeel important...my migraines have been improve very much my movement in my body is so much better...I will totally recommend life balance to anyone who wants to feel amazing and find someone who try to get u fit and gives you hope to continue your normal life...thanks to everyone Rosie and all the stuff are Perry amazing

Dr. Josh truly understands the way your body can work for you and not against you, his methods accompanied by his outstanding knowledge and pure passion around the area has helped me far exceed my health expectations. All around friendly and welcoming from start to finish. I couldn't recommend him and all the life balance team more.

After the first couple of appointments, I was able to move about a lot easier. The initial appointment was very thorough and the x-rays were explained in detail so that I was fully aware of what was wrong with me and the treatments offered. The manipulations that I received were professionally carried out in comfortable surroundings. I would recommend Life Balance without hesitation.

Amazing chiropractor and more, he has a natural ability and an almost holistic approach, coupled with on site digital X-ray equipment. His knowledge is incredible even for someone twice his age.

After 20 years of constant back pain I decided to try a Chiropractor . This was the best decision after first visit I felt my pain begin to ease . Dr Josh is amazing and really knows what he is doing . He is so professional and puts you at ease immediately . Rosie is so friendly and welcoming . She manages the accounts and booking appointments with ease and is so helpful . The practice is relaxing and comfortable and has a lovely modern approach. I would recommend a visit ASAP !!

At Life Balance, they make you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Dr Josh really knows his stuff and explains everything really well. An adjustment only takes a couple of minutes but makes a huge difference. I've seen massive improvements in not just my back pain but in many other areas of my life too. Years having chronic back pain from spondylolisthesis and reluctant to have surgery as told this is my last option, I visited Dr Josh, I am overwhelmed and feeling positive after 2 treatments from him I have for the first time in years not woke up with a dull pain along my left side, I feel more energetic and happy, and Dr Josh has put confidence in me my condition is treatable without invasive surgery! I have a long way to go and 2 months of further chiropractic sessions. This chap is a genius !
