No information provided on the length of the cable before the bulbs start so had to pay extra to order an additional compatible extension cable.

A bulb broke within a handful of hours' careful use, Lighting Legends needed extensive detail and photos from us to prove that it wasn't working before sending out one replacement bulb, however my replacement bulb order has now been cancelled. Not recommended.

Fantastic lights fantastic customer service. Bought 30m of elite festoon lights with remote controller. Really bright and dimmable. Thick solid cables. Really well built, not your cheap style. All in all good quality all round. This is my second set of lights from them. Never had any problems. 5 star

We first noticed lightning legends on Facebook. Loved the look and colour of the lights. We’ve now got 3 sets and they have totally transformed the look of the garden. So easy to install and fantastic quality.

Good response from queries about products and the quality and reliability of the products have been great ! When I wanted to extend one of my much older strings it turned out the new ones have a different link configuration. The support team responded to my query within the day and sent an adapter. One of the problems of them lasting a long time !

I ordered the Festoon lights not sure how things would work but I have to say they were dispatched quickly, delivered safely and having installed them have been delighted with the product and the look, they've really transformed our garden into a living space that's warm and inviting.

The modular products are well designed and perfect for what we needed to give our garden a lift. Everything was packaged nicely, explained well and delivered promptly. Really good experience!

After a recent garden makeover we were looking to add some lighting to finish it off. Tired of years of frequently replacing solar lights and having minimal or no light in the winter, we decided to look at a more sustainable and reliable option. After much research we decided to opt for Lighting Legends and are so glad that we did. Ordering and delivery were seamless along with fantastic customer service, which I had contacted with a few quickly answered queries. We purchased the Pro Link fairly lights and the Elite Festoon lights, the quality is excellent. We also added the Wi-Fi outdoor double socket which my electrician fitted in no time at all. I was able to connect all the lights and have them all installed on my own in around 30-45 minutes, so easy. What a fantastic addition to our outdoor space, the light given off is incredible, although dimmable, and very ambient. Having the addition of the Wi-Fi socket is a real bonus as I can control the lights from anywhere in the house or garden and even from out local swing park when out walking our dog. Highly recommended and will not hesitate to purchase again from Lighting Legends when adding to our garden.

I knew I wanted lights in my back garden, but I didn't know exactly the look I wanted, how I'd mount them, the exact length and a few other things. After speaking with the customer service people a few times via email I felt alot more happy and placed the order.

The out door lighting set is a good quality. I'm giving a 3 star review due to customer service. After I bought the lights it became apparent that I would need a additional capping screw to make the lighting cable water tight when storing away. I wrote to Lighting Legends to ask if I could buy this from them (a small plastic cap which would be fairly inexpensive) I offered to pay for the item and even the postage and packaging. The company said this was not possible and I would need to buy a whole new set of lights. Come one Lighting Legends a little bit of customer care and understanding goes a long way.
