I had a really positive experience with the online lighting store. There is a really wide choice of lighting of all types and with an extensive price range, from low to high. The lights I bought came very well packed and on time. I thought it was a nice touch to get what felt like a personal email thanking me for my business. I will definitely use again..

This was my third purchase. All three came on time and in excellent condition. I needed to return the middle one and this was managed efficiently by helpful staff. I am delighted with the quality and suitability of this recent purchase.

I ordered a light from The Online Lighting Store, and when it arrived after a week as soon as I opened the box, I immediately noticed that the colour was completely different from how it was shown on the website. I hadn’t even taken the light out of the box, so I closed it back up and contacted them straight away to request a refund.

They asked me to provide photographs of the product as shown on their website and photographs of the actual product so they could investigate whether there was a discrepancy in the colour. I provided everything they requested promptly.

That was two weeks ago, and despite sending several follow-up emails, I still haven’t been given any clear instructions on where or how to return the light, nor have I been given any proper information about when or how my refund will be processed.

The whole experience has been extremely frustrating. If a customer reports an obvious colour discrepancy and requests a return immediately, I would expect clear communication and a straightforward returns process. Instead, I have been left chasing them repeatedly with no resolution.

Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. I would not buy from this company again and cannot recommend them.

It arrived pretty quickly, considering I'm an overseas customer. In truth I think I would have exchange it for something a little bit bigger, but it is too much hassle to post back. I don't have it fitted yet, so may be totally happy with it when I do.
The fixture itself seem robust and feels heavy. The glass is strong. Overall looks nice

New living room ceiling lights ordered and email received giving estimated delivery time. Got a little worried as the estimated date passed however emailed and Neil responded with a reassuring and friendly email , and lights were received within a couple of days of my inquiry. The lights were a very competitive price, including the bulbs look very stylish and were well packaged and included tools to fit the crystal shades. Highly recommend this company will buy again.

This was my orginal review. 3 stars: The lamp arrived perfect. The shade arrived damaged. I emailed to say that got no reply. Not too sure if I would use again, as there is no reply to issues. Did'nt want to communicate negatively through review but issues were ignored.
New part of review: After the online lighting saw my review they rang, got in contact with the company who sent the shade and got them to send out a new one. I changed to 4 stars.
