I discovered Lilly Grace Crafts while searching for Decoart products and was impressed by the variety and competitive prices. My order arrived on time, well packaged, and included hard-to-find items like Americana Acrylic paint and varnish. While customer service response could be improved, I'll likely shop here again.

I ordered a few items for a Chrismas project - they marked as in stock and I paid for them. An email received saying order on way. Only to get an email a few days later to say out of stock, really disappointed. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered one Green pad through your…
I ordered one Green pad through your website, however when I received it, was black instead of green. I have contacted you through the email explaining the issue, and I am still waiting for any solution, either to receive a refund or a green pad in , as was what I bought and paid.

Ordered 3 die sets
Ordered 3 die sets. Took 3 weeks for first die to arrive.
Contacted Lily Grace so many times and only replied to one email, no response to the rest. Then received 1 more die stating on the invoice the other die was out of stock. No refund given and yet again no reply to my emails. I got PayPal to intervene as that was my source of payment and eventually Lily Grace refunded me for one die set, thanks to PayPal. I would not use Lily Grace again purely because of the slowness of delivery and no replies to my emails which is unacceptable
