I owe Lilly Grace Crafts a big apology, as it was indeed Royal Mail who lied about having correctly delivered it. I found it on my doorstep today, a month later with my name and address on the delivery note. Thanks to whoever decided to finally give it back.

BUYER BEWARE - PayPal now involved.
BUYER BEWARE! Oh how I wish I'd read the one star reviews first!
Only received a small part of my order and heard nothing more. That's when I read the reviews! Contacted the seller to say I would get PayPal involved if the rest wasn't sent. That initiated a response and I was told the rest of the items had been sent 'the day before'. 🤔 Several days later 2 more items arrived but still nearly £20 worth missing. Contacted seller again and never heard another thing!
PayPal have now had to resolve the issue!

Item never arrived, rubbish communication
One item didn't arrive. Emailed twice before I got a response. Told it would be shipped later that week. No item arrived. Emailed again, never even got a reply, so no idea how I request a refund. This was ordered May 16th, needed for a present on 8th June, so pointless receiving it now anyway.

I have not received the item yet as at 12th May ordered the 2nd May.

Low prices but slow delivery and many items out of stock.
i made a purchase because the prices were very competitive. Delivery was very slow. Items were sent out piecemeal and I had to chase up. A few weeks after placing the order I received refund notifications because a number of the items were not in stock. I missed out on a discount elsewhere because of the delay. Won’t be buying here again.
