I made an order with the company as they had a sale section and had some mache letters advertised as a pack of 6 which was a much lower price than hobby craft. However only one letter arrived. I have sent emails to this company and no one has responded.

Morale of the story, if it looks too good to be true it probably is - even if the description says otherwise.

Product doesn’t reflect the description and picture. Order an steel tray and arrived as a cheep material ,looked like it was spray painted. Just awful. What annoyed me the most is that it was not cheep. Anyway they have made a full refund as soon as I sent proof with the product.

Whenever possible I always support independent retailers.

I ordered several acrylic paints, which arrived after some delay. Three were iridescent paints of different colours but none of them contained any pigment whatsoever. I sent an email to the address supplied, but never received any reply. Having waited longer than I expected for the delivery, I was not prepared to wait any longer, so managed to work around the issue by adding colour myself to the pearlescent liquid in each bottle., in order to get my project completed on time.
I'm appalled that Lilly Grace crafts don't check the product before sending out, and further appalled at that lack of response to my email. I won't be using this company again.

they were what iexpected but a little smaller.Took quite a lng time to come but i wxpect this was due to christmas.
