Excellent customer service
We had a set of noise cancelling headphones. Unfortunately there have been ongoing issues with noise disturbance and only one earphone working. However, although the product has been frustrating, the customer service has been next level great, and more than compensates for the disappointing product performance. Really impressive.

Helpful Advice
Phoned them to get some advice they were very helpful and I was able to purchase teh right equipment - it arrived in a few days and does exactly what I wanted - connecting two TV's to a single HDMI source
