However, upon receiving your order, we contacted you immediately to explain the situation and only placed the order with the manufacturer after receiving your confirmation. All our products are shipped from China, and for express shipping, please understand that any taxes or duties incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the recipient. The delay at customs was not due to undervaluation by us, but because the taxes were not paid promptly, preventing the package from being released.
We also sincerely apologize for the product issue. We previously offered to provide a DHL shipping label for you to return the product for replacement, but you declined due to concerns about customs fees. The manufacturer has determined that the issue may be related to the control board. If you prefer not to return the product, we can provide a replacement control board along with detailed video guidance so you may either replace it yourself or have it replaced at a local repair center at our expense. Unfortunately, you also declined this solution.
According to our policy, for products opened within the first 7 days of delivery, a restocking fee of 35% of the retail price applies if returned. However, if you contact us within 7 days to report a defect, and the manufacturer confirms the issue, we can issue a full refund. We apologize for not providing this information earlier.
