We have been ordering a lot of products online, and it's been quite some time since we were pleasantly surprised by a company. The customer service was excellent, as they sent out our order on the same day and we received it early the next morning. We highly recommend them and will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend Litelines Direct
Excellent company, my order was processed and dispatched within 2 hours.
FedEx let the side down by saying they tried to deliver when they did not.
I contacted Litelines Direct via telephone to find out where my order was and the 2 people I spoke to were extremely helpful.
I highly recommended this company, very professional.

Excellent Service
As the COVID-19 pandemic took hold we needed to source another supplier fast and we found Litelines. Oliver is very helpful, knowledgeable and prices are very competitive. We are glad to have found Litelines and we will continue to use them. They have helped on numerous occasions, sourcing and suggesting products. An excellent company.

They saved us so many times! This is one of my favourite companies - great communication and assistance. We order from Litelines on a regular basis, really happy with the service they provide. When everyone struggled to deliver necessary supplies and other companies offered the same items with prices even 4 times higher Oliver and the rest of the team did their best to keep everything as it was and help as much as they could to keep people safe.
