The clothing arrived beautifully wrapped, folded with love and care and fit perfectly. Fabric is 100% cotton, colours were beautiful, stitching was impressive for clothes so tiny

Have been asked to revise my review. My apologies I ordered a lovely little sleep suit lb to 3lb size. It was adorable and looks lovely. I made a comment that it looked like the overlock on a side seam had been missed as it had a very small hole. A lovely lady rang me to explain that it was for hospital wires or tubes, to make it more comfortable for baby. I do apologise, please order from this lovely company. X

What beautiful baby clothes ..I bought to fit my tiny new Great Grandaughter Adorabella..her mummy was struggling to get some tights to fit her but I ended up buying other items aswell for her ..would like to see more pretty dresses I bought the hug me one pink & white ..but overall came gorgeous wrapped and with care..delivery excellent very quick ..Will use again while she is Tiny ..love this company thankyou so much 💓

A wonderful shopping experience.
After trawling the Internet looking for premature baby clothes I came across this lovely company. I ordered a pair of festive leggings for our grandson and they were delivered in less than 24hrs. They were packaged with such care and attention and I can't wait to see our grandson wearing them on Christmas day. Thank you.

Unfortunately I had realised I had ordered wrong size within 20 mins of placing order rang to ask if I could have larger size no response so left message .. tried ringing again only got gif gaf answer phone on multiple occasions parcel arrived today need to return as wrong need to have printer to get return form as they wont homer it without it customer service is 0 out of 10 feel scammed why is return form not in box with order.

Firstly, thanks for shopping with us, we really do appreciate it.
I’m so sorry that we missed your phone calls. Unfortunately we’ve had no child care after school this week (first week back) so I’ve had to pick our daughter up from school at 4pm, leaving home at around 3.30pm. We run the business from home, we’re a very small business.
It’s not a good excuse, I should have checked for missed calls, and I’m upset with myself. As you’ll see from reviews we usually offer a really high level of customer service, and I’ve let myself down here, by letting you down. I am very sorry.
Regarding the return. Please don’t worry about the form. Please just include a little note with your name (and order number if you have it) and I can refund you. I'll of course reimburse the postage too. Or I can sort out postage for you with Royal Mail using their labelless process. You'd just need to take the QR code I send you to a Post Office.
Additionally I'd like to offer you a 20% discount if you do trust us with an order again.
Apologies again for any inconvenience caused and I wish you and family all the very best.

Avoid so expensive and cheap clothing
Actually so disappointed in this order , it was my first one from this website i had browsed it before but found it very expensive so never ordered eventually i bit the bullet as they done premature clothes and my daughter is premature .... i bought 4 pairs of tights 4 pairs of socks and a pair of booties cost 68 euro in total(very expensive considering you could get all that for less then 10 euro in Primark) anyways had to pay the postage which i didnt mind until i actually recieved the items , furthermore i had to pay 23 euro customs because im in ROI any other UK website i buy of include customs in there pricing so i assumed it was the same , so ive spend near 100 euro for this order that contained stuff that wasnt even worth 10 euro , the quality wasnt out of this world that you would expect it to be paying so much and the tights are definetly not made for premature babies as the tights were the same length as my baby even though i clicked the right weight so effectly the tights are useless to me until she grows into them which at this rate with the size of them will probably be when shes at least 8 months .. the booties were very poorly designed one of the sock bits that go above the ankle on one of them was shorter then the other one so they just looked werid when they were on , i havnt even tried the socks cause i actually just had enough at that stage , also just to mention how they were packaged was just so cheap again considering the money ive spent on them you would think they would come in some sort of packaging but that wasnt the case they were all just loose in the box , very disappointed and can definetly say i will not be purchasing from this website again . i will be looking at returning everything although im still going to be at a loss of over 35 euro between postage , customs , and what i paid for shipping . complete rip off .

I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review rather than contact us to discuss it.
As you will see, we get very very few reviews that aren’t extremely positive, and we always try our best to resolve the rare issues we do have. We offer a fair 30 day returns policy for items that don’t fit or aren’t quite right for example.
You mention pricing more than once, but our pricing is clear on our website. We typically get told that we offer good value for money. For sure big retailers - like Primark you mention - spend millions of pounds with big factories in the far east so can make clothes much cheaper than we can. However we specialise in premature and tiny sizes and in small batches from boutique suppliers. They do not.
Regarding the customs charges. These are not under our control, These are charged by the Irish government for goods entering Ireland from the UK since Brexit. We do state on our website that there will be import charges for customers in the EU. This is unfortunate and we wish it wasn’t the case.
We will try and contact you directly, but felt it was important to respond here too.

Amazing knitted cardigans and pram suit!
We ordered knitted cardigans and pram suit in different sizes from 5 lb to 3 months from Little Mouse for our 6 lb baby. The clothes arrived promptly and beautifully. Have yet to wash them and see the durability. Highly recommend.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced
The products are of great quality but what really motivated me to write this review was the exceptional customer service Sarah provided. I made a mistake with the delivery address sending some clothes to my brother and his partner and they were stuck in the royal mail system for weeks (still haven’t made their way back to Sarah). Luckily Sarah was willing to go the extra mile and help us work out a solution. Can’t recommend highly enough.
