I ordered some magic trousers and il be honest they were awfully creased. I returned them but when I mentioned this to them and explained why this was a problem for me, they were brilliant, so helpful and I promptly ordered some more, confidence was restored. Comfy and loose, I wear them a lot !

I ordered a pair of joggers and another style of trousers. When they arrived my first thought was...maybe they'll be ok as pyjamas. Stylish is not how I'd describe them. However, they've been growing on me since I've worn them and they are certainly good value.

Two pairs of coco crops arrived very quickly as per my order. I am a 14-16 but was advised to size up as they come up small. The fabric is very thin and you can see through it on the seat. The two pairs are very different in size - 2 inches difference on the hips and also below the knee, yet nothing anywhere to indicate size. I’ll keep them as the smaller ones have a little stretch, but I can’t see the thin fabric lasting very long, so will only wear them in the garden. I will have to wash them very carefully as I don’t want any shrinkage. In summary, very mixed feelings about this order.

I was tentative about ordering to begin with as often Facebook ads are misleading. So I just ordered two pairs of the joggers. I loved them so much I've made two further orders since - jeans, shorts and more joggers. They are so comfortable. Got the jeans yesterday and I'm wearing them now and they are so comfy I won't want to take them off this evening and feel good quality and hard wearing. I've only bought bottoms so far as the tops I wanted were sold out.

Great service delivered very quickly and the quality of order was great fitted well was very pleased with my purchase and will be ordering again soon.

I bought two pairs of joggers - so pretty, great quality and so comfortable! My only suggestion is that maybe to stitch the waitlist cord in at the back as mine found its way out in the wash 🤣

I've bought so many items from Niche over the last few years. Tops, shorts, joggers, jumpers, just loads. The quality is always good, I've recommended them to many friends and family. But last month, a Palermo knit jumper arrived with a snag in the front. Yasmin was brilliant when I contacted them via email about the issue. Prompt, polite, friendly and really helpful. She sent me a returns label straight away and held back a replacement jumper for me as there was only one left in my colour choice. I have bought 3 tassel cross body bags. They are excellent quality for the price and swift delivery. My only gripe is ,, I know colours can vary a little as on screen, but 2 of the 3 were very different to what I was expecting. I kept the bags as I still liked them.
