What a great company ! The products are well made and thoughtful. The contact from the company is great and am absolutely a repeat customer after my first purchase.

I have had 2 ordered from Little Crafts London now, absolutely love the range and so happy to have organised the pantry and the messy baking cupboard! Smooth and easy to order! Had a little hiccup with a label being incorrect but the team ensured I had what I needed within a few days! Would highly recommend!

Lovely small business with outstanding quality products. The labels and soap bottle/pumps are perfect for a minimal looking kitchen/bathroom. The customer service is always outstanding.

Awful. Pump broke within a few months. And so began the saga of trying to get it replaced. They said they had emailed me (they hadn't) and offered to replace the pump when I posted a rubbish review on Trustpilot but they never followed through despite me emailing multiple times and offering to pay postage. Awful customer service for an expensive product which is terrible quality,

Good quality and stylish products, well made. Really good customer service! I have ordered twice so far. On the 2nd order they made a small error on a label with the colour requested but was sorted straight away with apologies.They also sent extra labels.

Wonderful service! The frosted amber glass soap dispensers with black marble stand are beautiful. They arrived promptly and were well packaged so as to prevent any potential damage in transit. I would certainly recommend this business to anyone looking to spruce up their home with something of high quality and style. The thank you card was a nice added touch too. 5/5!

I have used this company many times over the years, I’ve bought sets replacement pieces etc and I am never disappointed, I love how you can buy a set but then buy singular pieces aswell.

I recently bought the glass dome coffee cups with straw and there was a slight manufacture issue and I contacted the customer service team who got back to me straight away a resent me a replacement no back and forth no hassle. I will continue to use/ support this company and never gatekeep were I get my items from I rave to everyone to purchase from them

Lovely items. Look beautiful in my kitchen. Quick delivery and well packaged. Only grip is my chopping board had a small chip but hardly noticeable. Would order again and recommend to others!

Set of 2 Amber Glass Bottles 500 ML Long Acacia tray & Dish Brush which we ordered from Little Crafts London, they were very prompt in delivery and had no issue with providing a replacement tray, due to a small chip. Would happily recommend.
