Little Crafts London Avis 

Really disappointed with these products given the cost of them. Bought the white bottles for dish soap and hand soap with acacia wood tray. They look lovely when they first arrived but I only started using in May and within a couple of months the paint was peeling off the bottles. The company to be fair replaced them but now the tray has gone green / black in less than 6 months so not really fit for purpose. Not able to buy replacements as they’re out of stock.

A lot of shops / Etsy are now offering very similar products much less expensive. Have now ordered the marble tray in the hope that it’s more hardwearing as I can’t find another tray the right size. Not very happy that I’ve had to spend another £20 making the cost of these bottles / tray £50 !

Wonderful quality glass soap dispenser that fits perfectly on the side of my small cloakroom sink. Great price, excellent comms, speedy delivery and diligently packaged. Highly recommend ⭐️

These 3 little jars are fabulous, perfect size, love them in the kitchen

Bought matching amber hand soap and dish soap bottles with black pump. Looks lovely but within a year the pumps on both have fallen off and they cant be fixed. I have emailed the company twice now asking them to send a new pump but no response. Terrible customer service for an expensive product. Steer clear.

Update; they had indeed emailed me twice and it went into my junk. Can’t give more than 3 stars as I’m still really unimpressed that such an expensive product broke within a year and that it won’t be replaced for free (I’m not requesting 2 new bottles, just 2 new pumps).

I had seen these bottles and tray set for some time. They were expensive so didn’t buy them. So glad I decided to. The quality is really good. The labels don’t get ruined when they get wet. Delivery was quick and very well packed.

I ordered a set of 24 little spice jars, and 3 larger jars. They can really well wrapped in fully recyclable packaging, and the quality is high. They shipped fast, too. Our spice rack and tea selection are now neat and well-organised, and I would definitely buy from this shop again.
