Sans Avis 

The air quality in my home needed immediate attention. I sought a reputable air purifier and discovered Sans in the process. After researching the company, I bundled two mini-Sans purifiers and am ELATED that I did. The air in my home is remarkably transformed. Interacting with their representatives was also very pleasant.

Love my air purifier. Love how quiet it is. Very easy to use. Love how my air is a lot more cleaner. Would recommend to family and friends. ❤️

I was shocked how sensitive the SANS filter is. The moment I start cooking or even just open the oven -the unit senses the impurities in the air and even though its rooms away it instantly kicks into high gear -filtering out the newly introduced particles caused by cooking.
And even though that’s great it’s normal attractive, quiet stance -between combating bad air, is really appreciated-no noise till you need it 😀

The quality of the water from a SANS purifier is exceptional. The unit requires very little counterspace and it is easy to use and to maintain. My goal is to provide one for each of my children and grandchildren so they can experience healthy, pure water!
In addition, I've had prompt and attentive customer support as well. I'm sold on SANS water purifier!

The Sans air is very easy to operate and you have a simplicity of choices. I've put it though it's paces and I'm very happy with it!

We had our Sans water filter for less than 2 years and originally loved it. When I went to purchase new filters I had no problem spending the money. But then, the entire filtering system stopped working. Customer Service sent us a brand new product, but it tasted completely different. And the tank itself was a different smell, quality and manufacturing had clearly changed to a cheaper plastic material. When we would process the water, it tasted like stagnant water that had a horrible iron smell, like what comes out of a garden hose. They gave us extensive Troubleshooting instructions, which we did. Some of it included washing the tank itself with citric acid. None of it worked. Now, they just want to send me another product…After their team admitted I have yet ANOTHER “defective” filtering system. Its market price is $499…are they crazy? I’m pregnant and need water right now more than ever and their support team is a huge waste of time. Do not buy this product. Go try literally any other water filter.

I have not purchased water purifier from Sans, but extensively studied Sans' web page and published data, also asked Sans' customer support pertinent questions. What I found that Sans misleads customers by attaching independent lab analysis report which was done with flow rate 0.5g/min (hundreds times less that actual filtration rate). I reported this to Sans, they promised to come back to me and never did. So no trust to this product and company

Great concept and shiek machine. I would like more noise reduction and instructions about settings and filters.

In our previous house, we had excellent tasting water from an undercounter reverse osmosis system, which took up a lot of space underneath the sink. When we moved into a condo in the city, we had limited cabinet space, but we still had hard water with a strong chlorine smell/taste to deal with. The Sans Water Purifier was the perfect solution to our water issues. The system easily fits on the countertop, taking up no more space than a slim pod-type of coffee maker. The filtered water tastes excellent without any odors. A bonus is the hot, steaming water that is available in an instant to brew a cup of tea. The countertop reverse osmosis system is automated and easy to use. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Sans Air cleaner back in December 2025 and just started using it now in June 2026. WOW what a difference in the air quality. This device is great. You do not hear it running and the slightest of smells are gone.

The Sans Water Purifier and Self Cleaning water bottle are both excellent products. Both are well made and have totally eliminated our need to purchase bottled water’
They additionally provide terrific product support and follow up. Excellent response time and communication.

Air purifier appears to work very well but I’ve only had it for a week so far. My sinuses have cleared up for the most part.

The company procedures could use improvement. I bought the package, large and small air purifiers. The large one was delivered without the smaller one. No communication that it would be a split delivery. No paperwork or directions in the box. My first instinct was to plug it in and start it. That would have been wrong! After chatting online I was told the second unit would be here I a couple of days and was provided a link to download directions.

My first impression of the company was very poor. They need to improve their delivery process to include paperwork and direction within the shipment. In addition, they need to communicate if the delivery will be split.

Product good, company needs to improve.

This was an unbelievably frustrating experience from start to finish. I spent over $500 on a Sans Water Purifier, and in less than two years, it stopped working properly and would not reset — even after I followed the reset instructions on the company’s website exactly. A product at this price point should not fail this quickly.
Customer support was just as bad as the product. I waited half an hour for a response with no estimate, no update, and no indication of when anyone would actually help. Then, after finally getting through, I was asked to explain the exact same issue three separate times, as if nobody had bothered to read what I had already said. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly aggravating.
To make matters worse, instead of resolving the problem efficiently, they wanted me to create and send a video documenting the issue — after I had already explained multiple times that the purifier would not reset and that I had followed their instructions. For a failing product that’s not even two years old, this felt less like support and more like making the customer jump through hoops to avoid taking responsibility.
A premium price should come with a reliable product and competent support. Instead, I got an expensive machine that failed early and a support team that was slow, repetitive, and unhelpful. I absolutely would not recommend this product or this company.

I could not believe it when I change the filter …. Dam so much pollutants and not to mention it captures bugs too I have photos but didn’t see a place to post

I love the Sans mini air purifiers . They’re quiet and definitely clean the odors from cigarettes and cooking smells quickly. I think it cuts down tremendously on the dust in my home also. So far Im very satisfied with these air cleaners. A+

Jug doesn't autofill - have to stand and wait and push the button to start it. Then sometimes it just shuts off in the middle I don't need an appliance that I have to babysit just to get water.
Jug is smaller than the tank and flooded my kitchen twice. I had to work out exactly how much to put in the tank to get a jug full without it flooding. I had to babysit the whole process every time I wanted water and I don't have the time or energy for that.
Got so frustrated with it I gave up.
Out a ton of money and deeply disappointed.

After a bumpy setup, we love our Sans water purifier! Great taste and an abundant supply of water - no more bottles to be hauled!!!
The instructions for the installation were a bit unclear and we had to contact customer service.
Now that we are up and running, we are so happy with the quality product from Sans!

We started with their biggest unit and loved it so much we bought 4 minis for bedroom, dorm room and boat. You see a definite decline in dust, filters are easy to change too

Very careful if you buy a water filter with them. They will not accept any return and refund. Even if their website advertises 30 days risk-free return. The water filter is of very poor quality, and filling the tank is a nightmare.

Product quality, design, operation true to advertisements. Customer service is prompt and responsive.
