I received a call from Ruby but I wasn't able to speak with her at that time. She then called a second time when we got part way through then I had to ask her to call a third time. She called as she had promised 3 times. She is very helpful, professional, courteous and understanding. She is a credit to her organisation and family. Thank you so much Ruby.
