Hi Jessie,
Thank you for your review. I genuinely cannot believe this review is meant for us as we would never treat any of our customers like that, perhaps this was a different company? Please could you provide the receipt number so I can check that this applies to us? Please feel free to contact us on contact@24locksmith.co.uk to investigate this further.
Kind regards,
Lisa
Professional and hardworking people!

Patio sliding door lock
Called out straight away had a look at my patio sliding door as the lock was broken, got it opened and had to order a new lock and fitted it a couple of days later which was a great help so I can use it again, a trustworthy and reliable service, would recommend again.

Hi Liliana,
Thank you for your honest review. First of all I would like to apologise that you are not completely satisfied with the experience - our customers satisfaction is the main priority for us hence why I would like to explain the situation of this case.
When you booked the job, you said that you are looking to upgrade the security level of your property which is exactly what we did. The locks you had fitted are high security, British standard, anti-snap, anti-pick and anti-drill therefore rest assured that your home is now secure.
We never use cheap copies of the parts we fit, all the locks are original and high quality which we purchase directly from our trusted suppliers and manufacturers. As you can understand we carry all the different types and sizes available with us so we can do the job right on the spot and not waste your time by having to come back twice or even more times. Please know that in the cost is also included 12-months warranty on all parts fitted by us, so if anything happens with the lock itself we will come back and replace it free of charge.
I would still like to try and find a solution that will make you happier with the service provided, I have emailed you so please email us back at contact@24locksmith.co.uk to discuss this further and come to a mutual agreement that you will be happy with. Thank you!
Kind regards,
Lisa

Locksmith couldn’t get in as we have no letterbox on our front door. He would have had to break the lock, but, instead he got in through our open first floor bedroom window and let us in that way! Phew!
