I was pleased with the content of the delivery but it was pure luck I was there when he arrived as it was due to be delivered on Wednesday 1st July and it came first thing the day before on the Tuesday when I was heading off to Wimbledon

Sent me two delivery slots for top soil. Didn't make either of them. Didn't call to explain. I had to chase. First time no answer, left a message, no response. Called back, spoke to someone who said they'd call deliveries and call me back - no call back. I called back again (3rd time) and spoke to someone who gave a confused response about some mix up with deliveries. No meaningful attempt to rectify the issue today. I have landscapers on site and this has cost me a fortune. The worst part is I have had to chase all of this, not a single courtesy call to let me know there was an issue. Appalling customer service.

The biodiverse turf arrived in very good condition, easy comms from the team who had to change the delivery day, and lovely delivery driver!

I have dealt with Dan in the Mitcham depot a number of times. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions with ease. I trusted what he advised and my lawn is looking fabulous! Ordered paid and selected delivery for Friday delivery. Get an email a few days later on Thursday evening saying the delivery will be on Saturday! Lack of communication as I have Labour on site to install. I called the delivery company and they said they haven’t even received the lawn from the supplier. I don’t feel that The london Lawn company actually tried to resolve the delivery quickly and feels like the team handled this incompetently.

i have been in the garden business for many years, i get my turf from various places , depending on customers budget , on this occasion i got the medallion, first pallet a bit dodgy second pallet good , 145 rolls at £850. there was 12 unusable ones , this happens there can’t check every one understand , needed replacement same day phoned office to there couldn’t find manager, drove there found him no problem, explained situation, not my problem speak to head office, your have to buy new , ok , spoke to head office , no reply since , all this for 12 rolls, never again
