Helpful chap doing the delivery and the quality of the soil

UPDATE, Sept., 24: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The turf has been extremely disappointing - no flowering and then we noticed that the backing was not the biodegradable mesh that was described but plastic. Our landscaper has tried to resolve this with the company who are trying to suggest that we were supposed to have requested this at point of purchase. In fact the description of the turf attached to our order clearly states: A fine degradable net is incorporated in the root zone of the turf to provide stability and strength.
Awful customer service and awful product. AVOID.

Payment included a hefty £72+VAT delivery charge. No communication at all about delivery (invoice said 'You will be notified regarding your delivery via the mobile number provided'). We chased on the day and eventually told that turf would be delivered but no information on when as wasn't actually coming from this company (which was a surprise to us). Delivery driver unable to put pallet on our driveway (inadequate equipment) and instead left it blocking the pavement of a busy road with no attempt to resolve the situation. This was very stressful in the middle of a working day. Communicated this via email 9 days ago and no response. Can't comment on quality of turf yet but based on customer service I would not recommend this company.

Good communication about delivery, came exactly when promised and good product. Will definitely be using them again.

Ordering the turf was easy and delivered on day I specified with regular updates on delivery times. Good quality and all went hassle free. Had to order extra and this again was handled very efficiently and as depot was not far, picked up myself. Pleasant experience throughout

excellent product, great customer service. Just laid our new lawn and looks fantastic. The delivery was on time and kept you updated by text. Crane delivered over our fence into the back garden which was a huge bonus

Ordered 65 rolls of turf which resulted in a good price, excellent product and first rate communications throughout. We received an email confirmation once the order was placed, an update the day before delivery and the drop off was perfectly on time. Highly recommended and will use again.

Delivery driver managed to get my topsoil craned into my garden perfectly too work

Perfect. Ordered and delivered as requested. Used the sizing tool on the website and was spot on.

Ordered some garden turf and extremely happy with the grass and was delivered on time. The only part of my order I was unhappy with was the bag of lawn establishment fertiliser as it had got wet at some point and was a solid lump which was unusable.
