London Lawn Turf Avis 

The service was great - no problems! Easy to lay .. after meticulous preparation with lots of sieving and stone removal, flattening of the earth, adding top soil and creating a tilth we were very confident. We have three browning patches after 4 days despite watering and not too much sun. A little nervous … Hoping it’s not going to spread ….

Turf was extremely dry and breaking up. So very disappointed especially given the high cost compared to competitor companies and high delivery charge. We had no choice but to lay as we had time constraint. Did follow up with company via email to give feedback but yet to hear back from them (has only been a couple of days though)

Came in the a lotted time. More than half of the turf was a bit yellow, some a bit crumbly. Hopefully with the sun and lots of water, we will have a lovely green garden.

Although I’m sad to read some of the negative reviews for this company - and we all know who they are from … MILLENNIALS! Literally no concept of the pressures a small business faces… and then leave a bad review, selfish feckers.
For example - I had to cancel my ‘Teams’ meeting because the delivery driver was 5 minutes late…. the driver left some dust on my garden path….etc, etc (Snowflakes)

The premium turf is amazing quality. Obviously a company with very high standards and efficient processes. 24m delivered to my kerbside and I had it laid and watered within 2 hours - grass is thick, green, healthy and even on a hard clay base it is settling in well

I ordered the turf for a specific day a week in advance. I paid and the order was accepted with the date of delivery confirmed as the day I had requested. I emailed the weekend before delivery to check it was still ok to be delivered as my wife and I were taking the day off work to lay the turf we ordered. I had no reply but assumed all was fine. Come the day of delivery I had no turf. I rang and was told that it was not coming until the next day. I was told "we did call you to check this was ok", but no message was left and this was only attempted once. Nobody replied to my email. So my wife and I had to take another day off work the following day to lay the turf. When speaking to this rep of the company and complaining how I would be out of pocket, he said somebody in management would get back to me to discuss compensation. I have heard nothing back. Awful.

The turf was delivered on time and excellent quality. Driver was helpful and friendly. The turf has been down for nearly 3 weeks and has begun to grow and looks very green. I would use this company again.

Good product, dreadful company
We ordered our turf for our garden and the quote seemed really high, but having heard good reviews we went ahead with it. It turns out they had massively overestimated the soil quantities and massively overcharged us. On the day of delivery they realised their mistake and 2 third of the soil wasn’t event taken off the lorry and went straight back to them. They then refused to refund the extra soil that hadn’t even left the lorry under ridiculous excuses. The sales staff was rude which made the whole thing even worse.
Will never work with them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Only positive is the grass is actually good, but at nearly three times the price of their competitor it’s a small consolation..

Great company. Notification of delivery progress sent and delivery on time. Polite, efficient driver. Excellent quality topsoil and turf. Would definitely recommend this company. Thank you.
