Everything went smoothly. All friendly and polite.price was as quoted. Would like to have been told what the service included and had to ask what the recall required . No feed back from health check . Form said boot was full which it wasn’t, I’d emptied it that morning . Minor points which stop excellence .

Lookers won't give me a report, instead just pointed me in the direction of the Invoice. Three staff quoted me three different prices for the part required and three different labour times to do it. Farcical stuff. Also, try going to buy a car from them, usually a Sales Advisor is straight out to you, waited 5-6 minutes in there to see about a part exchange for my car, nobody acknowledged me there, so left. Avoid like the plague.

We used pick up and return for our annual service. It was superb with pick up at approx 9.00am and car returned by 2.30pm.

Booking through centralised office difficult. In addition to misspelling my name, they were unable to accurately quote on cost of major service. Booked a courtesy car, but uncertain it was logged. Visited Stockport branch to find it had not been so booked it. On attending for the service to find none available! Sat for over 3 hours whilst service done. Not impressed.

This was genuinely the worst car-buying experience of my entire life. I grew up watching my parents buy new cars from various dealerships, I’ve purchased two cars myself, and even the used eight-year-old car I once bought privately was in far better condition than the so-called “new” Dacia Duster that this dealership tried to sell us.
When we arrived, the car was dirty inside and out. I found white hairs in different areas of the interior, and several parts looked like they had been taken from an older vehicle. Plastic trims were sticking out, misaligned, or simply not fitted properly. Nothing about the car suggested that it had been prepared, cleaned, or even inspected.
When I pointed out that a plastic part wasn’t fitted correctly, Gary first tried to blame the manufacturer, yet they were still charging full price for the car. Later he admitted it was actually his responsibility to check it. When I showed him a very visible scratch, he tried to claim he “didn’t see it.” Only after we emailed photos later did he admit that it looked bad in the picture. Another exterior scratch he tried to wipe off with his finger, insisting it wasn’t a scratch at all, until he realised it didn’t disappear.
As I continued checking the vehicle, it became clear that Gary was actively trying to distract both me and my husband from inspecting the defects. He even tried to stop me from taking photos. He repeatedly claimed that everything would “disappear after a valet,” which made no sense, especially for a brand-new car that should have been spotless on collection. In fact, it became obvious to me that the car had intentionally not been cleaned, because if it had been, even more defects would have been visible.
The most shocking moment was when I opened the passenger door and saw a major plastic panel completely sticking out. Gary said that “someone must have kicked it out” and tried to push it back into place, which of course failed because it was clearly a manufacturing defect. The worst part is that Gary had been sitting right next to this dismantled area while trying to divert my husband’s attention away from it. At that point, it was obvious to me that he was trying to sell us a defective car while pretending everything was fine.
I told him I needed to send the photos to my father, who immediately confirmed that we could not go ahead with the purchase because the car was clearly defective, appeared to contain parts from an older vehicle (for example the parcel shelf), and even showed signs that it may have been previously damaged and repaired. I have never experienced anything like this, and I couldn’t believe such unprofessional behaviour was coming from a dealership.
We cancelled the deal because the trust was completely broken, and I would never purchase anything from them after what happened. To make things even worse, Gary then claimed that no manager was in the building, that there were no cancellation forms, and that he didn’t know how to process our refund. He openly admitted he had no idea how the cancellation procedure works. I still cannot believe that a dealership allows untrained and inexperienced staff to handle customers alone, especially when dealing with significant financial transactions.
We travelled two hours each way on two separate Saturdays, wasted our time, ended up with no car, and they are still holding our £2,000 deposit that must be refunded. This entire experience was unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply concerning. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to be extremely cautious. This was not just poor service, it felt like an attempt to scam us.

Very competent, friendly and professional. The video was a nice touch, not least because it showed just that. Reassuring for someone who in the past took engines and gearboxes to pieces and was deeply suspicious of main dealer servicing.

Had an issue with first booking as they cancelled it at short notice, apparently due to the advisor booking a day (Saturday) when there wasn't anybody available who could do the job. However, once booked in the service can't be faulted. Excellent communication from drop off until collection, and the report we received was also very good.
