I don't replace my vehicle that often but I can say without any doubt the experience at Lookers couldn't have been better.
They had the vehicle I was interested in and my salesperson, Mitch, couldn't have been more helpful.
The hour long, unaccompanied test drive was a great way to get a real feel for the car.
A very acceptable deal was agreed including the trade in on my old vehicle. Everything was clearly explained without feeling any pressure to sign up to different schemes.
Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

My contact person who saw me through the whole process of renewing the lease on my motorbility car . He explained everything clearly, and showed me all the differences on my new car so I felt confident in driving it. He organised for the people to come to the showroom to transfer the wheelchair hoist from my previous car , and that was something I really appreciated.
Whilst this was being done myself and my daughter were given a comfortable place to wait with access to hot drinks.
Everything went smoothly and that was because George, went out of his way to make sure of that.
Overall it was a good experience at a time which can be quite overwhelming.

Changing my two year old Puma for a brand new one was seamless. My new car was delivered and my old car was taken away. The delivery was arranged for four days before my car insurance ran out. The Ford Insurance cover allowed me to insure the new car on the renewal date. All the processes for registering the new car, taxing the new car and reporting the sale of my old car to the DVLA were completed by the sales team.
All the administrative documentation and hire purchase documents were explained to me by the Sales Executive before I signed them.

I was kept well informed about the process of buying a new car. The sales staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

I booked my ford Puma in for its first full service. I had updates and a short film sent to me at each stage. Sadly I was informed by the mechanic that I needed my brake fluid replaced as this is required in its first service. The next shocker was this was an extra 90 pounds on the already £500 pound bill. I did ask why is this not included but had no real reason or explanation . Total bill £608.00 at that price it should be part of the service unless this was an upsale. ???? Tut tut Ford give more clarity on your service charges and if things are required include this in your quote and not as a surprise to your customers.

Having decided that I wanted a Ford Puma, I booked a test drive at Lookers in Colchester. I wasn’t sure about models and this was all explained to me. I was taken through all protocols for buying a new car. I was well looked after by the friendly staff. I am now the proud owner of a Ford Puma. And the staff continue to be helpful if I have outstanding questions.

Very hospitality Coffee and biscuits was very nice did what they said took a little longer but there you go. I was very pleased with the overall experience and the staff very good thank you.

All the staff were courteous / attentive and friendly, especially Mitch who was my Salesperson. He was very thorough / knowledgeable and accommodating with my purchase as well as being very fair in the PX price of my old car. used the free Ford 3 day drive away insurance which meant I did not have to mess about switching it over before driving away.
