Service office in a temporary cabin. Access for customers and staff not to a good H&S standard. (Portable step, no handrails)
Staff efficient and polite. Work done on car satisfactory as far as I can tell.

Absolutly disgusting had my car for a recall DPF issue since they carried out the work on the pcm update my car isn’t right low mpg oil life only lasting 2500 mile before each service and nothing can be done about it from Ford not what you need to here for a 2021 reg mondeo

Things have changed, "customer service"
I have used Dunston garage for repairs for approximately 10 years, initially it was Jennings Ford its now under the Lookers franchise and I never had reason to not recommend the service they deliver, unfortunately on my last visit to have the rear brake pads replaced on my Ford Kuga the overall experience has changed, I felt like a number not a valued customer, friendliness between customer and staff was not there.

My van went in twice for a rattle
My van went in twice for a rattle from the rear suspension, even though with my 30+years as a mechanic I told them it sounds like from the shockers they couldn't fix it. After this I replaced the rear shockers myself and guess what,,, the noise had gone. I did email them to explain this but no one replied!

This was the 4th time my new Kuga has…
This was the 4th time my new Kuga has been booked in to diagnose a rattle noise coming from the rear, this time I left it for 2 weeks while I was on holiday so they could have a really good look at it. Got car back & the rattles & annoying noises are still there.
Job sheet said clips for trim had been re-fitted & a test drive done and noises had gone. According to my App my car had only done 3 miles while in the garage, this is not enough for a full diagnosis which I mentioned last time I was in.
Can’t wait to be able to hand this car back after my contract ends in 2 years time for a new one, love the car but absolutely hate driving this one!

Job was done in the estimated time unfortunately the job rundown stated that we would receive a litre of engine oil so we could top it up if necessary with the correct oil and this wasn't given to us

Terrible service
Bought new MS-RT CUSTOM all over spray and masking tape in door wells and on roof, was told by manager I should have inspected vehicle on collection as bought over phone(picked up 21/12/24 raining and blowing a Gail) reported next day and told tape on bodywork to hold spoiler on in transportation but ok to go on rd when delivered!!!!Showed another Ford dealer pictures and informed by them it should not have been released, dealer no help whatsoever and want me to travel 130 miles to get inspected when valeted should have been picked up STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THEM AS AFTER SERVICE IS NONE EXISTING 1 month on and no contact from there manager as told they would contact me.
