I have bought several vehicles off Lookers Ford South Shields over the years and have had no issues to report. Quality vehicles at a reasonable price. The sales executive I have dealt with over the years is called Mark Taylor. He has always been excellent at making sure the purchase has been a total success. I’m very pleased. Also I must mention Gethin who has always been very helpful. It’s always a good experience at Lookers South Shields and the coffee is good as well!

Good service
The car I was interested in was well described on Autotrader, and the sales staff were very helpful, all the information I needed was given and accurate, test drove the car and decided to purchase it, no pressure was put upon me and the price I was given for my car to part exchange was fair.
All paperwork was done for the collection of the car as promised

Mark Taylor in sales made all the difference. Extremely helpful and fully explained everything clearly and in a friendly manner. Car was in excellent condition and clean when we picked it up, considering the weather wasn’t great. Overall a very smooth and easy transaction.
