The service I received was fantastic. Staff were very polite and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. They even washed and vacuumed my car upon completion.
Will be returning next year for service and M.O.T.

What can I say. Such a great experience. Very friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and works with you as an individual and helps to accommodate with finding something that matches what you’re looking for. The team at south woodham ferrers branch were clear with details and explanations and answered any questions or concerns.
Tia was the main sales assistant to help me with my visit but I also had the joy of Josh’s help too. Other staff I interacted with were also so friendly continuing with great customer service.
Highly recommend in a heart beat.

Recently had my car serviced at Lookers South Woodham Ferrers and was incredibly impressed with the experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful from start to finish and kept me informed throughout. The vehicle health check video I was sent during the service was brilliant, I got to see a clear breakdown of my car's condition which was really helpful for my peace of mind. Excellent attention to detail from the lads.
The “while you wait” service was a pleasant experience - warm room, comfortable chair, free coffee - and only took about an hour. Will definitely go back next year.

First service
My car had its first service at Lookers Woodham Ferrers on the 29/01/26 , and I would like to say how pleased I was with the service , I waited for the car, the waiting area is very clean and has comfortable seats and hot drinks are available, while I was waiting I had a vehicle health check video sent to my phone which showed condition of the car , the time passed very quickly and the car was also washed and vacuumed , I was very pleased with the service and the very good price , and I would like to thank everyone in the service department especially Alex and Kristy very helpful and friendly, when visited it feels like nothing to is to much trouble and they would help in any way possible, once thank you to everyone at Lookers .
