I went to Mercedes benz Wolverhampton to sort out my noise coming from my heater system and my seat was making a noise too.
I dropped it off in the morning and then I checked the tracker and they started work on it at between 12 and 1pm and then phoned me in 2 hours after saying the car is fixed.
When I got home I tested the heat system out and it is still making a fog noise and they havent fixed it.
The driver seat is still making a noise so what have they really fixed on my car.
Im not happy with the service at Mercedes lately because they not fixing the car and just given it back saying all the jobs are done.
For a long time customer i am not happy at all since I brought this car.
Seemed like they have sold me a no good car.
I cant keep coming back wasting my day dropping the car off and getting taxis everywhere I go not happy at all.

Everything was ok. But they missed tyre pressures. As when I drove off the tyre pressure alert came up on dashboard. Over £360 you would expect everything was checked

From start to finish I can’t complain about a thing. Yes they are a business and have to make money but the service justifies this and they were helpful as far as they could be without incurring further costs.
I was looked after by Priya and even though I may not have been allocated to her job sheets she called me over and dealt with my service booking. Very professional and friendly, great attitude. Cannot fault the service and interactions.
Not only this the rest of the team found the time to come and say hello (Denis, Charlie, Rohit, Peter (Service Manager) etc.) even though I wasn’t being looked after by them. Peter is a great character also as he always remember my name and I’m always surprised as he must deal with so many customers. I seriously cannot fault them and Mercedes-Benz HQ should be aware of what this team does under the pressure they work under. Probably the best I’ve seen.
I struggled with getting the courtesy car back on the same day due to traffic. I spoke to Charlie and took the pressure completely off me and suggested to bring it in first thing before 9:30am as it was booked for another customer. The understanding and human aspect is to be respected and I can only say thank you. A credit to the Mercedes-Benz brand

Upon arriving I reported to reception the lady was very polite and asked me to take a seat, I’ve never used this garage before - I expected someone to take my keys off me as was there for a service and I could leave. After taking a seat for 5 minutes I went back to receptionist and explained I had a lift outside the door waiting for me including my child , and could she not help me to get this sorted sooner (exchange of keys for a service) I was then a handed over to service representative who checked my personal details and asked me to sign a form ( surely this could of been done by anyone?)

Scenario happened - In terms of a customer journey it’s so poor - I’ve worked with customers/public my whole working life and would be more than happy to provide my feedback to anyone at the garage who would listen.
Every staff member was pleasant , kind and courteous- they really were - but in terms of a customer journey/ experience- very poor .

Excellent service. I arrived 45 minutes before the opening of the service centre (7:15am) and I was met by one of the managers who immediately registered my vehicle. A very efficient and effective service coupled with excellent customer service and wonderful staff.

All paperwork explained and told exactly what had been done, gave some advisory advice which was useful. Received a phone call following day to check everything was ok. Minor point,the waiting area could be improved with more comfortable seating and opened up into one larger space rather than segmented sections.
