Communication!!
Dreadful service, AGAIN, even though I was "assured" i would be contacted and kept up to date. You ring and IF the phone is answered, you are put through to the department you need, to then have to wait for that phone to be answered, mine never was. Messages never got through and emails were never replied to!!

Lookers Range Rover never fails to disappoint in Customer Service
Lookers Range Rover dealership on the A41 Aylesbury never fails to disappoint in it's customer service. Called at 5pm to say my car was ready, got there 35 mins later only to wait another near 40 mins to pick up my car.
Another customer came in and got served immediately.(male with a more prestigious Range Rover). My car was not washed as offered and not bought to the tunnel for pick up. (It was sleeting outside) There was only one lady in the Service Dept. I have always battled being a female Range Rover owner in what seems to be a man's world. From Sales to Service, they need to get their act together. Even picking up the courtesy car, I had to wait as it had no fuel. Inside the courtesy car (only had 6k on the clock)it clearly was not looked after with sticky marks all over the steering wheel and consul.

Won't use this place again
This is not a very easy place to get to. Also they entice you in by saying you will get the car cleaned after the work is done but they don't do it. I wouldn't bring my car here again.

By far the worst dealership out there
By far the worst dealership out there when it comes to service and after sale care.
1. Been with Range Rover for 7 years and have done at least 10 services all over UK (London, Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Leeds etc), but this crew is out of scale for overpricing and messing you around.
2. Canceled Monday appointment three times in the space of 2 months on a Friday afternoon after confirming during the week that everything is good to go.
3. Everytime you try to ring they are either at lunch or not at their desk; no call back whatsoever.
4. Organised a courtesy car only to cancel on the morning of checking in for reasons only they seems to know.
5. A bunch of unprofessionals at the highest degree, can't even read each other's notes!

Lookers JLR review
The waiting time to get an appointment was approx 4 weeks, not good as the car had a fault. But on the day of the visit the staff were efficient and friendly and kept me informed.
The fault was simple to diagnose and fix so all was done in a day

No appointments replies
Had service and was told have an oil leak. Advised the cost to do a diagnostic of £250 went away got my insurance authorised to do the diagnostics and the work and emailed my advisor at the premises absolutely nothing 3 times emailed. So also emailed the service department and got an automatic reply and still nothing. Obviously do not want any after business and complete opposite to my previous service with them were they ramped up extra work that didn't need doing. Have since gone elsewhere and would advise you and gives bad image to Jaguar as a main dealer. Avoid
