They were able to fit me in quickly and accommodated my need to drop the car off a day earlier.
They were unable to find a fault with my coolant system but have assured me if the problem happens again they will investigate free of charge.
Shout out to Debbie and Mark who were very helpful and professional.
Have always used Lookers and whilst more expensive I always feel reassured they have done a good job.

Whilst the repair work was scheduled for 0ne day, I could not collect my vehicle until the following day. I am not certain why this occurred. However, I collected my vehicle at 10.00hrs the following morning, all appears to be functioning correctly ! I still await a postal copy of the invoice for the work that was carried out, it is only two days back, so, I shall await the invoice to arrive by post someday after 24/10/2025.

Shop around. Lookers are arrogant (no surprise there were financial irregularities found in the business).
The nice French lady who was a customer sitting next to me in reception had an equally terrible experience.

Would give 0 reviews if i could. Purchased a Range Rover sport from these guys. Specifically a chap called Raagavan. Biggest mistake i made was purchasing it without viewing the car in person. The paintwork was so bad, dried polish left around the car everywhere, orange peel so evident to see so it has been resprayed. The car got delivered to me in London so i decided to keep it after speaking to Raagavan upon delivery and telling him ill accept it as long as a slight reimbursement will be provided to me to fix the paintwork issues. Since then, i have tried to contact Raagavan more than 10 times... no responses at all... Tried to contact his colleague Ali everytime also, just get told he is chasing Raagavan and then get nothing back. Submitted a complaint on the official Lookers website more than 1 month ago... Again no response from them either. This is ridiculous! Over 2 months i have tried to chase this reimbursement so many times and i just get blanked.
Beware! once you have purchased the car dont expect them to provide any kind of service or even respond

Purchased a used Range Rover Autobiography in December 2024, the car had faults on purchase which were reported to the Garage immediately, almost 11 months later still do not have the car returned, received very little communication from the Garage over this period and have even complained to the Lookers complaints portal and again have had no response, This has been the worst car buying experience i have ever had. AS you can see below the reply from @lookers they have not read the complaint as i have already complained to there online complaints portal, telephoned them and still had not had a reply,

I was warmly greeted by Debbie who assisted in checking my car in. Layla kept me up to date throughout and I was sent a video of the mechanic going through the MOT requirements etc. On collecting the car Debbie was again very helpful and professional and ensured I was totally satisfied before leaving.
