no action, 10 month old car with a fault, not so much as a returned call
I have a faulty headlight on a 10 month old Defender. Despite my best efforts to speak to someone at Land Rover West London, I ended up having to submit my enquiry via their website. I received a response saying that someone would be in touch 'as soon as possible'. Yep, you guessed it, it is now the 9th March and I still have not heard anything from this outfit!

New 2025 Range Rover from…
I Bought a new 2025 Range Rover from this dealership and it was the best car buying experience ever!! From my first phone call to the Collection 3 weeks later, the process was so smooth and the Sales executive Mo Rajab was incredible. Professional throughout, kept me updated daily on the status and very knowledgeable. The handover was very thorough, Mo explained everything very clearly to my wife so she was ready to drive the car back home. I am from the midlands and would travel down again to use this dealership.
