The service was excellent from start to finish. Hannah was friendly, approachable, and took the time to look into everything I asked to have done on the vehicle. When it came to my tyres needing replacement, she didn’t try to push Mercedes products on me and instead asked whether I’d found somewhere cheaper, which I really appreciated. It showed genuine awareness of the cost of living and a customer-first approach. The cherry on top was receiving a video of my car’s health check, which added transparency and reassurance. Overall, a great experience.

I was very dissapointed that my 220d coupe required new front discs after only 30,000 miles of mixed motoring, motorways ,A roads and local. I asked to see the discs and and was promised they would be in the car on pick up, not so, it took several attempts to get the discs and eventually they were delivered to my home a few days later. I have no idea if these are the actual discs from my car
Two further faults were reported but subsequently dismissed. I had returned to my car with the windows down and the car unlocked, also the rain sensor does not appear to be working as it should and certainly not as it did on the courtesy car
These faults were dismissed as they weren't on any computer record in the car.
Maybee they are waiting for the car to be out of warranty

I've had a problem with an unwanted and annoying noise in my dream Merc. The car has been in four times to identify and cure this niggling problem. I am so grateful for the answerving efforts of the staff, which have led to what now seems to be a full and gratifying solution. I know others might have spent excessive time, and not find and solve my issue, but Lookers have respected my needs and my pocket to complete a proper resolution. I have nothing but praise for their expertise, tenacity and professionalism.

If there's one niggle, it's the waiting around to see your nominated staff member. It used to be much more responsive, but I'm guessing that cost cutting has led to this?

I had a major fault with my vehicle which was diagnosed by the dealership while I waited. As it couldn’t be driven I was immediately supplied with a courtesy car. Hannah, the service manager, then helpfully explained the process regarding claiming on the extended warranty. She then regularly kept me updated regarding progress of the repairs.
I cannot praise Mercedes Eastbourne enough for their level of customer service.
