My service date & time were confirmed by email; an hour & six minutes later I received a further email from a Lookers Customer Contact Centre Advisor in Newcastle upon Tyne to say that the latest waiting appointment was an hour earlier (13:00) than confirmed (14:00)?

Went in with a fault, diagnosed as a crank case sensor, ordered and fitted the next day, rang me and said “it’s all ok”’picked up and instantly had engine check light come on. Phoned up and they said “car had error code when bought in”‘I said but yes, it had a fault which you have resolved so why haven’t you taken the fault off? They said it would need another £250 to do another diagnosis, I said that’s outrageous and the lady said she would get the service manager to call me the next day, he didn’t

I’ve been a loyal customer for over five years now and I’ve been impressed with the professionalism and excellence that this Mercedes Benz dealership has shown and delivered to myself. I’m about to embark on my third Mercedes Benz AMG Line GLC Premium Plus, based on the way the previous one’s delivered excellent and unquestionable reliability and performance and the build quality and endurance is testament to the brand.
I like to make a more personal recognition of the fantastic team members of Stafford Mercedes Benz dealership and their exemplary, excellent, professional customer service and customer support provided pre and post sales and delivery. Every department, sales, service, parts, customer support team and the reception department, all have played their part in providing a very impressive service that has defined their continued success and excellence.
Over the years that I’ve been a loyal customer to the dealership, they have always made and continue to make me a valued customer and have demonstrated in many ways , above and beyond their line of duty and dedication to providing second to none customer service experience.
I would personally like to make specific recognition to the following employees:- James Wallis (General Manager), Luke Johnstone (After Sales Manager), in particular Oliver Kostuch (Sales Executive) who has been a knight in shining armour from day one and has on many occasions gone above and beyond his role to provide a very important bridge in-between where there could have been a gap, I’d also like to make a specific recognition for the temporary service manager for Stafford as well as looking after his own dealership at Stoke, Simon Jackson who played a key pivotal role in many ways. The list is not exhaustive but it is equally important to make acknowledgment to all the other team members that as a whole make the complete package at Mercedes Benz of Stafford.
I’ve had several other German branded vehicles and their corresponding customer service and I have to say if allowed to make a professional opinion, in comparison Mercedes Benz stands head and shoulders above the competition and certainly when it comes to customer service from a dealership- Mercedes Benz of Stafford is a force to be reckoned with and I recommend without hesitation!
