Misrepresented the sale of 2024 Mini Electric S Mileage
I purchased a 2024 Mini Electric S, It was sold to me with 1,654 miles on the order form. When the car was delivered, and on the way home from the dealership, undisclosed we found the car had 3,800 miles.... more than twice the miles on the order form. Despite repeat inquiries what was offered for the discrepancy was a free service (which is two years from the date of sale) and we are over 100 miles away from the dealership

Superb service from Lookers, Stafford
The Lookers, Stafford Team couldn't have been more helpful. This was especially true of Lauren who guided us through the sales process and the vehicle handover. This included meeting us at the Station on what should have been her day off and patiently explaining the car technology aspects. The car was presented immaculately.

Lookers system for booking service and then a follow up if you would like anything else great idea….sadly they ignore it. Not brilliant service tried to get hold of service manager but he did not seem keen to discuss and sent in a helpful but clearly not technical young lady.

Joe was rude and unhelpful
Joe was rude and unhelpful trying to suggest things I clearly stated I didn’t want and not taking no for an answer when told why I didn’t want to buy a nearly 6 year old car, almost like he didn’t want to sell me a car. Went to Sytner Wolverhampton and just put my deposit down on a JCW, more than happy with their service despite the longer drive.

Don’t trust the mileage expectations on…
Don’t trust the mileage expectations on Mini Electric - they lie.
Please note, they will tell you there electric mini does 145miles on a full charge however I can only to get 90 miles in the first week of ownership.
You have to drive it with no heaters, no fans, no radio, on a warm day…at 30mph….only then can you get to 100 miles range…out of an expected 145 miles.
The dealer Stafford Mini won’t accept the vehicle back and continue to tell me it works fine. This is a brand new car and I can only get 60% of the advertised mileage range. It’s a con, it should be illegal to supply vehicles that are not as advertised….oh yea, it is, yet no one has listened or helped.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. My Mini was brought in for diagnostic, repair and MOT after many problems with dealership from which I had purchased the car. Andrea kept me informed every step of the way. I liked the video of the vehicle health check, and felt reassured that my car was in good hands.

Brilliant from start to end!
From start to end I had brilliant service from Joe, everything was sorted prior to arriving for my handover. Once there I was told he had some free gifts for me which was a pleasant surprise. Over all a very happy customer.
