Matthew was particularly helpful for the sale and was very good and patient when we picked up our new car, especially when explaining all the new technology to us.

Very friendly and helpful. Hugo advised on where to go on test drive to give the best, most varied experience, taking into account my disabiliy, comfort and ease of use. During handover he made sure that I had the best seat position and instructions on how to set up my phone. Excellent service.

Bying my new car from Lookers Carlisle Nissan was one of the best experience buying a car I've had. The pleasant and respectful staff were great and the salesman who delt with my purchase made me feel like a friend instead of a customer. The hole process from the test drive to picking up the car was so easy I wasn't presuard in to buying any addons (ie) extending warranty/paint upholstery cair. It was left as my choice. The staff members were great very helpful and professional the car is fantastic what more cold I ask for.👍😊*****

From the moment we walked into the showroom til the day we collected our car the service was excellent . We were met by a young gentleman who was training and unable to help us but made sure that we were taken to the correct advisor (Hugo). We were treated with the utmost respect and getting our mobility car was so straight forward. Will definitely be using the dealership again

Advised the dealership of my exact issue before booking my car as the shim between my brake bad and brake disc was physically broken and under warranty, this was confirmed by another Nissan dealer. I have a recorded voicemail from Nissan confirming that the part would be ordered and would not require a second visit, as I would need to book a day off work including an 80 mile round trip. After waiting around for the car to be looked at I was told by the servicing department that the yes, the part is definitely broken and would need to be ordered, they cannot fix it as they don’t have the part. I will now need to book another day off work to return the car and wait around for a 2-3 hour time slot.
Apparently the dealership have had a lot of these parts break and have quite a few on back order.
The dealership is inflexible in booking in time slots, one (not all) rude receptionist and complete lack of understanding or empathy. Unfortunately, they are my nearest dealership and the part is faulty and under warranty. Waiting for the service manager to return my complaint.

We recently booked our car in for its first service. We arrived on time at 1 oclock. We were advised it would be ready to collect “around 3 oclock.” Returning to the garage at ten past three I was told the car was not ready. The staff were pleasant and apologetic and said they had some staff shortages, however the car wasnt ready until just after 4 oclock.
The was not the customer care i had expected as we had a great experience when we first bought the car. Hopefully things will improve on our next visit.
