I bought a car 11 months ago and it had to go back under the warranty for electrical faults. They had my car a month, then came back and said I owed £600 in repairs, including 2 new tyres despite only doing 7k miles on the car. The service manager had no regard for the issues I was having and they returned my car not even having cleaned it. I was under the impression due to the noise on the call that he had me on speaker phone to show off to the other members of staff in the showroom. I'd save your money and buy a car elsewhere, I am now stuck with a vehicle I don't trust on the roads and left to deal with the staff in service who have no manners or consideration for the inconvenience and upheaval of my car going wrong.

Would not recommend this dealer ship
Would not recommend this dealer ship. Had an appointment where the sales person was 20 minutes late. The sales person, did not disclose additional costs e.g. colour of the paint. Proceeded to put a deposit down but then issues came about with sale, and was told I would get the £200 deposit refunded. It has since been greater than 2 weeks and I keep getting told the refund is being processed, but still no sign. It has gotten to the point where we have to go through a debit card dispute via the bank.
Will not be recommending this branch to anyone, and I would advise you avoid it.

Poor customer service.
I have tried to speak to the service manager at Newcastle upon Tyne about a battery issue with my Renault Rafale on two occasions,a promise to call back was not forthcoming. Also no response to my email.
Following my Trustpilot review, I did eventually receive a call back. It is a shame that the company was not initially more responsive.

We bought the car
We turned up at the garage without an appointment, as I had seen a car on the website. Unfortunately, we arrived as the car was going out on a test drive, and was bought. Between the garage and my website search we found an alternative car in a location 60 miles away. We had some doubts over the size of the boot to pack my wife's mobility scooter into so agreed to return the following day, with the scooter. Dismantled, the scooter fitted in the boot and we decided to test drive the demonstration model. Afterwards, it was arranged to bring the car from the other location and we agreed on a trade. All the way through the salesmen were friendly and extremely helpful. Business-like and efficient. We received our new car a few days later after it had arrived and been prepared for us.

On my way home from the garage my car was not driving right. Then my engine light came on and some warning messages on my dash board. When I got home and popped my bonnet I discovered a pipe had not been connected back to my engine. This could have been very serious if I had to drive my car further as I had no power to my car when I put my accelerator pedal to the floor
