Overall, my experience of purchasing my new Skoda Kamiq from Lookers has been a very positive one. I dropped my car off for the appointment time as arranged. Shaf went through the services and work that was to be done and provided an eta for when the car would be ready for collection. Once the work had been completed I received an email with the details of the service and inspection. Details of the available service plans were provided and taking one of these saved me some money.
Shaf was great and my car was returned on time with all work completed looking clean.

Experience with the staff Is totally fine. The battery on my plug in hybrid lasts for about 8 miles which is pathetic. As I was told you should get about 60 miles from it. I understand real time, so would expect 40/50 especially in the winter. Doesn't really matter what mode I put thr car in, battery still drops 30% every 2 miles.

After some problems in setting up a service appointment the actual service was managed perfectly and our electrical problem was fully resolved.
