Superb and friendly service
Sales Manager Dion Ford was friendly, knowledgeable and took care of everything very efficiently. We have purchased a car from him previously and once again he was superb. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the experience easy and stress free.
Dion kept me updated with progress throughout the process, which was much appreciated.
Along with the excellent showroom environment, the service we received was impossible to fault.

Mercedes Benz Ashford are great. Thy are able to respond to emergencies - my petrol flap jammed with very little fuel in the tank.
I was able to drive to them immediately and the replace it whilst I waited.
Their staff are a credit to them

I think standards are slipping
I can only assume everything listed in the service has been completed … no way really of checking, a video telling me tyres & brakes meet requirements during MOT … just replaced tyres and brakes feel fine so kind of knew that already but then perhaps some people less knowledgeable/experienced? It would have been nice to have received a call to advise me the car was ready for collection as promised, no longer car wash included nor was the 12v battery charged which would have been a nice gesture
