I did not like that I was driving round for over a month without an MOT as I was supposed to be notified to book in. I however was notified about booking my very expensive service!! Funny how they... Voir plus

Just had my Mum’s car serviced. Hannah, as usual, gave excellent customer service. I always feel very comfortable dealing with her. She is a real credit to the Service Department

Best MOT experience to date ... Mercedes Benz Eastbourne were efficient, informative and cost effective.. they even washed my vehicle before presenting it back to me with the video of thier summary overview.. a prompt, seamless and faultless experience from booking to completion.. the all inclusive monthly or annual service plans with MOT makes this a must have for savvy motorists.

I did not like that I was driving round for over a month without an MOT as I was supposed to be notified to book in. I however was notified about booking my very expensive service!! Funny how they remembered that!
So the girl on the phone then tells me I can’t have the car picked up and brought back as there is no MOT on it. Well that was the only reason I signed up for the service plan. So 17 miles there in 2 cars time off work and a husband out of bed early who is a night worker, to be told they could’ve picked it up. A little training needed there!!! So he was too busy to bring it back as not booked in previous 🙄 I asked for discount and got it. Hallelujah. Then was told from the service that the anti roll bar bushes were in the red and it would cost £311 Told them just go ahead with the MOT as can’t believe that they would be insufficient after 16000 miles and a 3 year old car.
Funny that the MOT passed.
I have to say not a great experience and previous experiences not that great either.

I'm extremely impressed with their services and am not going to bother going anywhere else. I've tried garages locally to me and, although this is a bit of a schlep, I'm going to only use them in future for everything -services, MOTs, when anything goes wrong, whatever. They were not dear, the Customer Service people were excellent, the mechanics did what they said and my car is running better than ever. Thank you!

From start to finish the sale was about what I was looking for and what things would make it the car that suits my lifestyle. There was no discussion about monies and commission untill the end when needed. Visited Audi and it was all about monies. The experience exceeded my expectations.

I was very grateful with your help. A very lovely Gentleman Hayden was there. I had a problem with my car, I couldn't open to charge my car. Luckily he had a part to fix it. It didn't take long.
