Unorganised and expensive
Booked a service and MOT on 20 Dec. Turned up and then about 2 hours into my service was told they couldn’t do the MOT so have had to return to finish that off . Asked about a minor reprogram of my key to change to double press for boot open £125 what a rip off.

Not trust worthy at all
Based on my experience, I must highlight the inconsistency and unreliability of this particular location. It’s quite disheartening to note that upon leaving a review, the standard response is an apology and a prompt to contact their customer service team. However, this appears to be merely a superficial attempt to maintain a positive online presence, as no substantive action or resolution follows. It is important for potential customers to be aware of these practices and approach with caution. Their responses seem designed to create an illusion of concern without any genuine effort to address or rectify the issues raised.

Windscreen wiper
Booked the car in wipers not working front or rear
After repairs when I turned on the wipers they were working fine but the washers were not hitting the screen after paying almost £255
They could not be bothered to check
