I think the video of the health check is great but made me feel like the simple tests demonstrated was a bit simple for the high cost of the service. I also did not like the fat I could not pay cash for my service as it legal tender. If the actual show room can accept up to £5000 cash to purchase a car why can’t I pay for my service in cash ??

Very Good Customer Service
My car went in for MOT at Lookers Tonbridge, and it was also given a health check at the same time. I was provided with courtesy car while the car was with them. Very good Customer Service.

A very happy customer!
My GLC was collected and returned by Gary, all was simple and straightforward, the car being returned washed down and looking the part. I had cause to call by MB Tonbridge and as ever was greeted warmly by Jo who had my small ‘niggle’ sorted out very rapidly. My association with the dealership is very long standing and as always previously was very happy with the service.

Frontline reception staff were very helpful, they always are. The facility is undergoing extensive renovation and they did their best to minimise disruption. The engineer took time to answer my question in person once the service was completed.

Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. The car needed a door adjustment before collection date and nobody noticed it wasn't done. The car got the GardX pack and I was told the car would get a full polish. The car was collected with insane amount of swirl marks.. yet being told the works were done. They also were unaware of a mot advisory. Communication was appalling, I constantly needed to chase to get responses to any query. So disappointed after spending my hard earned money, and no appetite to resolve my concerns.
