I was very happy with the contact, greeting and professionalism and friendliness of the people at Mercedes who greeted me and dealt with my car service and kept me informed of everything. The email and text vehicle service video, as always, was very clear and understandable. I was kept informed at all times.
Unfortunately, I have dropped a star because, and this mght sound very petty, but I was not very happy with the valet my car received. While I appreciate it did not go in immaculate, largely due to the weather conditions at that this time of year (January - wet and muddy everywhere) I did expect a higher standard from Mercedes. The inside also had wipe-marks left on the screens and other reflective surfaces where a cloth had clearly been run-over the surface but I would say not a clean one or a particularly well rinsed out one and left smears, which were not actually there when I dropped my car off. Also I used to get a tin of boiled sweets after each service, does this not longer happen. It's not a game changer but was always a nice thing to have and look forward to.

Easy to book. On the day my waiting appointment for my service was exactly the 2 hours quoted. Meet and greet young lady was friendly and helpful. Despite refurbishment work being carried out to the showroom, the waiting area was still comfortable and I was twice asked if I'd like a complimentary drink.

Lucy Johanny was just brilliant from the beginningto the end of the car purchase. Can't fault the staff at Worcester. Very attentive . Hope they won't change!!!

Couple of issues with the car when I bought it in for its 2nd device Hopefully they have sorted the problems for me , time will tell .
Lady on desk was extremely nice and greeted me lovely.
Car was serviced on time and an update was done . Everything went as predicted .

Absolutely diabolical car arrived ten minutes late due to storm and traffic said it’s late we will have to reschedule we can only do service not mot and it takes 3.5 hrs after a fuss they did the service only when I got car back their was vibration from the engine bay they hadn’t replaced all the parts I had to go to parts and get them myself complete incompetence woul never buy or use Worcester again avoid at all costs we are talking about a 100k vehicle here staff shoul show more respect
