Bought a car march 2025 had nothing but problems with it the main thing is the wet timing belt going to cost me
£900 it’s only done 25000 miles it was 23000 when I bought it I’ve done 3000 miles I’ve had nothing but problems with it .they have been in touch with me saying they will get in touch with me and make a appointment to sort it out they said they will fix it for £691 I don’t think I should pay that much I need my car as I need to get about as I have got health issues
Also I would like to add the sales team pressured me to have 4 year rac warranty which did not really want I accepted it thinking I was covered for any repairs
I wasted my money accepting it I feel I been ripped off the sales team are nice to you to get the sale.but when you got problems they fob you off .i don’t recommend this company also they respond and apologise as if that going to make things better it’s just all talk

My car took a week to repair, I understand that parts can take a while to arrive.They didn’t have enough staff, was one of the reasons.However at some point I had to be the one to follow up my own car see if there’s any progress. It wasn’t until I searched for the part myself on the Vauxhall Parts warehouse who then gave me an ETA of the part. There was back order issue, I then called the garage…told them because all I wanted was an ETA so I can plan accordingly instead of waiting anxiously everyday which was frustrating. Literally the following day in the morning the Service advisor called me to tell me the car is ready to collect. It made me think what was the actual hold up. Sameena the service advisor did ring to give updates and was respectful however the lack of receiving factual information was frustrating.

My car was in a bump and the radar light came on during the impact. They got the light off they have a free vending machine while I waited I had 3 hot chocolate was delicious. They were helpful, and friendly staff.

Took my Insignia that i'd purchased a few weeks prior in for an engine management light inspection. Luke was my service advisor on the day, was very helpful, explained what would happen and kept me updated throughout the journey. When i'd told him about the date of purchase he reassured me immediately that even if my warranty wouldn't cover it, the business would cover the cost of any repairs needed.
Had a very sincere and personal email from the General Manager Gareth following my visit too, asking if everything was now satisfactory, and apologising for having to bring the car back for work so soon after my purchase.
All in all a great experience.

After nearly buying a car from cinch and reading the god awful reviews I rec'd amazing service from Demi and Phil A - can't thank them both enough. In a day and age where everything is so difficult they made the process easy.
So please with my car. Would 100% recommend.

This is my second vehicle from lookers and on both occasions I have been more than happy with the service I have received, both vehicles which were bought without being test driven but had full confidence with lookers and the description of the vehicles (I was not disappointed with either) hopefully for my next vehicle I will take a trip there in person 🚙🚙

We had travelled some distance to collect the car and Chris pulled out all the stops to get everything sorted, offering us several options to suit our convenience. He made good on every promise made and ensured that we knew what was happening. A textbook example of how to deal with a problem not of his making.

When I arrived to check my vehicle in for service and MOT, I could see only one staff member working at the service desk. I waited patiently and was seen as soon as possible.
Jess was the person holding everything together on the day, I saw her engaging with customers in person, on the phone, jetting back and forth to the service bays. Despite that, Jess was polite, professional and keen to help.
I waited in the store whilst the work was completed, Jess even came to find me to confirm agreement for minor repairs picked up by the service.
Overall, my experience with customer service, with Jess was a 10/10. Fair to say, she could do with more colleagues around her to help share the load!
