Was given a price of £445 + £145 for the part need with diagnostic. I agreed to that. Car stayed with them till part arrived. Once the part had arrived then rang up again saying it was a bigger job than quoted as it needed a seal kit. The service manager gave me 2 options. So went for the cheapest option with was to only replace the damaged parts. Was told that it needed a DPF regen but wasnt given a price so another £120 was added to the bill. The service manager hid behind the fact that I had agreed the work but wouldn't admit not giving me the price. At this point I just wanted the car out of the branch. Final bill was £775.55 which to my maths was £710.
Its made me think on keeping my service plan with the Ellesmere Port branch.
No point referring it to the service manager as he will just dispute it. The lady on the counter was helpfull trying to sort things out

I cannot sing the praises of Afy enough. This guy has the perfect attitude, personality and skill set for this role. He takes away all the worry the customer may have and deals with everything needed to make any transaction seamless. He’s polite, experienced, knowledgeable and personable and I urge management to recognise this at the Liverpool dealership, certainly no less than providing this feedback to him but I’m sure you could do more.
He balances the needs of customers with the obvious objectives of the company. Thank you again Afy, we really appreciate all you do.

From our first enquiry handled by Joe we could not be more satisfied with how our enquiry to sale was handled. This was especially good when you understand the branch was is situated in Liverpool and we are based in Alnwick, Northumberland. This could have been an issue but it was not, plenty of options and advice as to how we could purchase a vehicle despite the distance.

A simple and straightforward on line system for booking my service and MOT following which I was kept fully informed by the service desk agent throughout the period
that my car was in the body shop. I also found the video of my car's health check most helpful. All in all a 10/10 service from start to finish.

My experience with the Vauxhall team was excellent the staff were very knowledgeable, especially Emma and Katey on the front counter
I cannot recommend the service manager (Roy) and his team along with the technicians enough whoever goes to visit Looker’s Vauxhall will find a happy team who are always happy to serve their customers

I brought my car in for a diagnostic and was informed that it needed a new media screen which was a considerable amount of money. My car is out of warranty but staff were very helpful and offered to contact Vauxhall directly to see if there was any support available.
