Phoned dealer to register a warranty claim 4 days before warranty expired and book appointment. Dealer confirmed car would be dealt with under warranty and booked an appointment for 2 days after warranty expired. Service Manager then refused warranty claim on a failed wheel bearing at 19.4k miles because the car was not on their ramps before warranty expired. He said he would listen to the call to check our claim that this dealership requirement was not explained and get back to us, but this never happened. Unprofessional and totally avoidable.

Was sent a link an hour after dropping off the car to keep me informed of it's status but all it did was take me to a page to book a service
Normally get a video of the car health check but that didn't happen until later in the day when I received a message around lunch time to say the car was ready and I rang them to question it when they had said it was booked as an all day job. When I rang to ask if it was really ready and had they stopped the health check video I was asked "did you not receive it and let me send it again" of course it was instantly received...strange eh ?.
When I picked the car up the bill was over £200 less than quoted, I had said it was an oil service but the booking geniuses said it was a major service with spark plug replacements recommended, turns out it was just an oil service because the major service was done last year....it's all in the system.
The system for updating the progress of the vehicle didn't work, the video report of the vehicle check wasn't sent until I asked for it and the work that they booked it in for was absolutely wrong, all in all not a great experience.

There was some issue with the service tracking app which kept asking me to book a service, so I was relieved that the efficient mechanics made sure that the service WAS completed in a couple of hours and my baby was returned to me cleaned up, in top form and once again a pleasure to drive. The friendly and efficient service assistants made the experience painless. Top marks.

Purchase a used "Approved" Golf from Lookers Blackpool. Problem with DSG box and other issues with 6 weeks of purchase. Lost confidence in the car so requested to find a newer used vehicle. Newer Used Golf located in Lookers Battersea. Blackpool charged me £350 transfer fee which was not made clear at the time of the purchase. Car arrived from Battersea with scratches to rear bumper and interior trim.

This is my 3rd car from Lookers at Blackpool. The service I've received is always friendly, helpful and never pushy. Everything explained clearly and the whole buying process always runs smoothly and thankfully stress free.
I couldn't be happier with the service and probably in large part to the lovely, chatty Neil Wardle (salesperson) who makes it always an effortless experience. I'll be back at some point for my 4th car no doubt.

Bought a new VW Tiguan from them which due to its built in tech takes a lot of setting up for you personally.

I recently purchased a used car from lookers Blackpool the sale person Neil Wardle provided a service that was beyond my expectations I could not fault him at all amazing service from start to finish there was a very small issue with the car Andy from the workshop took the keys inspected the car came out advised us the fault and rectified the problem before we had a chance to finish our coffee and he did all that with a smile we needed to buy something from parts spoke to Kieran who was amazing what is going on a dealership you cannot fault then we met the manager Simon Farnworth and it all made sense why we received the service we could not fault a gentleman who got off his seat to come over and say Thankyou for your custom and if there is anything don’t hesitate to contact us one of the best service I’ve had without doubt I would like to say thankyou so much and wish lookers Blackpool the best for the future

BEWARE OF FALSE PRICE OFFERS.
For 15 years I have had a very positive customer relationship with Lookers VW Blackpool. I phoned them today to book an annual service & MOT and was unfortunately automatically transferred to a national call centre.
Lookers VW are currently offering a reduced price MOT when booked with a service but the call centre staff refused to honour this price. When I asked them to look on the website to see the offer they pretended to do so and then lied about the advertised price and refused to honour the offer price.
Is this a deliberate con to try and attract business with an advertised price that is not honoured? Or is it just a call centre with out of date scripts and an absence of interest in any customer loyalty? Either way, it has tarnished my previously good experience with Lookers and when I change my car this year I will probably now look elsewhere for purchase and future servicing.
I have found a local independent VW service company and will be contacting them for service & MOT in the hope of a more honest customer experience.

Everything that could go wrong did so. Rude overbearing patronising staff. False information to cover incompetence. I have a car that apparently is still shown as dealer stock despite buying it in April. A car I can not trust nor do I have confidence in the garage for future servicing and or repair.
