Had a service and MOT on same day
Had a service and MOT on same day. Brilliant customer service can't complain. But car failed MOT on rear brake pads. Asked on a price on a 2019 tiguan and was quoted £600.
Now I know that pads cost £50-40 wholesale on this model. How on earth can the price justify this?
I know it's a main dealer (lookers) but they don't have to rip customers off in a cost of living crisis.
Is this normal for using main dealers?

Extremely poor service I received second time, I was booked for break fluid change dropped my car on 11 o clock as per booking, Loockers keeped my car whole day and at 5 o clock they came for excuse that they can’t change the oil just because they can’t open the oil bleeding niples ?? They water my whole day I took off from job and been dodged twice…
