One small point - I was dealing with one salesman and, if I phoned and he wasn’t available, I think any of the other salespeople should be able to deal with me - it isn’t essential to me to only deal with one salesperson (although I understand that may be important to some people).

I recently purchased a car from Lookers Northallerton and I’m delighted with my car and the service that I received.
I initially spoke with Simon when I called and expressed interest in a vehicle. As I lived far from the garage, he organised for Chris to send me on a very detailed video of the car straight away. From then on, my dealings with Chris were friendly, efficient, and all my questions were never an inconvenience. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic and I would highly recommend as a great place to purchase a car.
