We got a great car from Wearside Audi, although the car was originally at Teesside Audi, which in turn we found out was leased to a member of staff, so we faced a rather lengthy wait before we were able to get the car, which we found strange at how the car was put on sale in the first place.
This did cause us a bit of concern,but ultimately we were kept in the picture by our salesman Martin.
He explained everything to us about the delay etc. and yesterday we finally completed the deal.
Staff at Wearside were very helpful and courteous and dealt accordingly with everything, a great service overall

I received fantastic customer service from Audi Wearside when my car was in for some work.
I was most impressed with the friendly, polite Dylan who was great in ensuring I was kept informed throughout the process. I was mostly pleased by bringing my car home for me last minute which saved a lot of stress.
I received a goody bag from Dylan for my inconvenience which was a nice surprise.
Mind I do love the comfy coffee/snack area it tops the experience.

Took brand new Audi Q5 hybrid in last week as it wasn’t charging. When collected I was told that it was charging fine and that ‘some of the chargers are funny, you just have to try others’. Having two young children, I can’t be just popping to try different chargers to see if they work! The car is brand new. The garage handed the car back with only 23 miles of charge applied and when I got the car home, the exact same issue happened again. Rang up last Friday to inform them and was told I’d get a call back, which didn’t happen. No call back on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. So I rang again this morning at 8.40am and spoke to Luke who assured me I’d get a call back, which didn’t happen. Rang again at 10.40am and explained how unhappy I was at not being called back, once again I was assured I’d get a call back, yet again it didn’t happen. Rang them again at 4.45pm and explained again how unhappy I was at the ‘service’ which in reality is non existent….this time I was told that I would get a call back from the Manager, guess what, it didn’t happen. Absolute joke of a business, zero customer care. Avoid like the plague!

Where to start; from my initial amble across the forecourt to the completion of my eventual car purchase, I have to say I am tremendously impressed by the service, care and attention I was given. It was a pleasure to be able to walk around, ask questions and not be persued or feel pressured by the sales team. When I was ready, I approached the first member of staff nearest to me who was not occupied with another customer and everything proceeded from there.
In my case, I had selected Martin Bright and it has been a good many years since I have felt as comfortable as I did with Martin. That young man has the "patience of Job". He went through a great many questions sometimes repeatedly ( getting old is a pain when your trying to remember multiple things in succession ) and yet nothing I asked was too much trouble nor was anything refused or redirected. Everything I wanted to do or asked for Martin went out of his way to arrange it for me. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of my Audi Q4.
This dealership was not all about Martin. From the lady on the front desk who ensured I was well cared for and comfortably seated in the waiting area with coffee or tea and biscuits while she arranged for me to talk with members of staff from parts ( I wanted some extra items for my new car ) to techies ( as an engineer myself I had some quetions that perhaps delved a little further into the technical side than most people would want know ) the whole process was a pleasurable experiance
